Situated on just over 5 acres of rolling country acreage is our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. Room for 7+ guests, you'll have ample room inside and out for your EAA stay. Relax and enjoy the countryside after a long day in town on our large wrap around deck with sunset views. Enjoy a campfire in the evening or grill out on the deck. Indoor parking available for 2 vehicles

This 1800's home is currently being remodeled but all spaces are 100% livable. See for yourself by the photos included! Take advantage of the unfinished state of our home and get a great deal on your EAA stay. You won't regret it!

A short 25 minute beautiful country drive will get you to the EAA grounds, but don't be surprised if you see planes doing practice maneuvers overhead while you're at the house! Quiet getaway in the country

We stayed in the property for EAA AirVenture week. The house was a bit further out than we'd prefer, but price was acceptable compared to closer-in properties, and it was great to get away from the business of AirVenture at nights. The house is in renovation (as accurately stated in description). Areas not under renovation (and even these areas) were clean. Sleeping areas and bathrooms (1.5 bath) were nicely done. Fridge was new and stocked with basics including some bottled water..Owners had goats and a free-range chicken. The chicken was 'friendly' but not aggressive. No smells from the animals. The owners were kind enough to receive a couple packages for us. Wish it were 15 minutes closer to Oshkosh and/or renovations done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
