You will love this cute and cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath beach house! Enjoy views of the rock and ocean while you sip on local wine from the balcony. The entire home has been updated. Wood floors, gorgeous well-stocked kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. You will love the comfy beds & snuggly comforters! Fully equipped with clean linens and housewares. Morro Bay is a charming beach town with a quaint by-the-bay shopping area. Watch the sea lions and sea otters play in the bay.
The house is situated in North Morro Bay in a quiet neighborhood. There are great ocean views and the close proximity to the beach is wonderful! You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or drive to nearby beaches. The bay is a fun place to kayak or take a dinner cruise. You can hike one of the many trails in the area, explore the different beaches nearby, golf, or fly a kite. There's so much to do! A basket full of brochures and local magazines is provided for you to enjoy our beautiful area to the fullest! We have parking space in the driveway for two vehicles.

This was a beautiful place. Everything we needed was available. The beds were so comfortable with good linens. The sights we wanted to see were close by. It is in a quiet neighborhood.

Great family getaway!

Flew to CA to spend time with our children in Morro Bay. This place was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was peaceful and accommodations were comfortable and perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place

A really nice place to stay. Cosy, with a lot of ”extras”: home made cake, coffee, bath towels, energy bars, schampoo etc. And two bathrooms. Nice veranda!

Our stay was top notch! Our hostess, Cindy, was exemplary. A beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities needed with a great view off the bay. Quiet and cozy and easy access to everything. Thanks Cindy for a wonderful stay.

Morro Bay fall get away

Came to the central coast for a mountain biking getaway. This house was lovely and cozy. Well situated for a beach walk and short drive to Montaña de Oro for biking.

This place was a dream to stay at. Loved using the coffee press and homemade banana nut bread. Felt like we were close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and Cuesta college where we watched our daughter play softball for the weekend.

Perfect location. Two bedroom with two bathrooms. Cute, clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Terrific location. You could see the waves from our balcony! We would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again!

Fantastic house and views, but the mattress' are hard and the pillows are down. It would also be very smart to bring any cooking supplies/ingredients needed.

Easy access. Close to everything. Oh so clean and had everything a girl could ask for. Softest towels and fluffiest pillows we ever felt. A perfect stay, even without the sunshine.

2nd and probably last stay

It’s a great location for what the family needs. Located close to the beach, downtown morro bay, highway, and the frontage road that leads to great things. We were able to check in an hour early which is always great with 2 kids after a 2.75 hour drive. Sadly, a new couch was purchased that was no longer a pull out couch that fits the rest of our family and we were not notified of the change. We had to get a blow up mattress to accommodate the loss in sleeping space. The homemade banana bread is always a nice touch. Also, having condiments and necessary tools of the kitchen on site is great too. The space needed a thorough cleaning so I’m not sure what the exorbitant cleaning fee covers, but dusting isn’t one of them. The use of the laundry room is great as well. We will have to move on from here, most likely, due to the loss of sleeping space.

Great stay; Nice & quiet!

I'll start with my only negative point and that is the title states house and so when I first chose it I thought we were renting the whole 2 story house but in reality it was only the 2nd floor of a duplex. In our case it didn't really matter because we only had 3 but to me the title is a little deceiving. But I still give it 5 stars because it is very clean and had so many nice touches that most owners do not provide that really make a difference in your stay like fresh banana bread on the counter, 1/2 gallon of milk in the refrigerator just to name a couple. Easy check-in and in fact I don't know for sure if anyone was downstairs because we never heard anyone nor did we need anyone, it was that easy and pleasant. We would definitely and probably will stay there again. Thank you very much!

Very nice view from the balcony

Everything was as described in the description of the property. Unit was clean, has all the kitchen stuff we needed, and a responsive manager. The view from the balcony of Morro Rock was really nice to have each morning and evening when we had breakfast and dinner.

Nice home, just don’t make any noise

The rental, overall, was clean. The check in process was easy and the rental had a well stocked kitchen. Some of the items were starting to show wear and could be replaced sometime in the future. The wall heater is in the living room only. My friends who slept in the bedrooms were cold and a plus might be to provide space heaters in the bedrooms. Overall the stay was comfortable; except when we received texts from the owners downstairs that we were making too much noise. So my friends are watching the 49er playoff game and 49ers score a touchdown. My friends cheer. This was too much for the owners and a text is received on my phone. I apologize for their one outburst but it’s greeted by another text about neighbors will call the police. For the rest of the game, not a peep came out of our mouths. For the rest of the stay, we were so paranoid we didn’t speak above a whisper and tiptoed around the rental. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
