The apartment is located 500m from the beach of Pinarello, beautiful white sand cove with its transparent crystal clear water, its typical Genoese tower Corsica and pine. The beach is classified 2 Michelin stars. Access to the beach is via a pedestrian path to the private residence.

The apartment is 70m² and has a private wooden terrace without vis-à-vis, an area of ​​grass to install the loungers or play with children and a pantry for storing suitcases, cases beach ... it is air conditioned.

Super comfortable stay

Have had an excellent week in this place. Super close, walkable, to a very nice beach. Pool is very attractive. Quiet place with good terrace. House is clean and well equipped.

Lovely flat, private block, easy walk to beach.

Shhhh! Pinarello is gorgeous, but don't tell everyone! The beach is super clean and good for swimming. So much to do nearby.The private compound for the flats feels very secure, lots of parking and good size communal pool. The flat is clean the kitchen is well stocked, air con works well.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist absolut ruhig und die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Der Pool befindet sich gleich gegenüber. Der kurze Weg zum herrlichen Strand ist entspannt und auch mit Kindern gut zu Fuß machbar. Das Apartment an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Celine und Guillaume sind exzellente Gastgeber. Sie waren gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit.

Alles ist so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Super Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Super ausgestattet. Zum Strand geht man gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage insgesamt ist sehr gut. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Porto-Vecchio (20 min), Palombaggia und Santa Giulia in 30 min. Auch in der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände wie Saint Cyprien oder Cala Rossa. Wir werden sehr gerne noch einmal kommen. Dank an Guilaume und Marilys.

Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen und vielem anderen netten Kleinigkeiten und Verbrauchsmaterial ausgestattet.Die Klimatisierung funktionierte sehr gut, trotz Aussenwärme war es dank der Klimaanlage und der Beschattung in der Wohnung gut auszuhalten.

Pinarello au printemps

L’appartement est particulièrement agréable, spacieux, bien équipé et très confortable ( belle terrasse, table de jardin, transats… L’espace nuit séparé par un couloir permet de respecter les rythmes de chacun. La résidence est bien entretenue et calme. L’accès à la très belle plage de Pinarello se fait en moins de 10 mn à pied par un chemin privé. Appartement à recommander pour un bon séjour en corse .

Die Wohnung ist schön, gut ausgestattet und mit Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Esszimmer für 6 Personen super geeignet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und geschützt. Der Pool wurde von den Kindern oft genutzt. Der Weg zum Strand ist verkehrsfrei (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Strand ist wirklich toll (Sand, flach, geschützt und dadurch warmes Wasser mit Möglichkeit zum Schnorcheln).

Fabuleux en tous points . Nous avons passé des moments merveilleux en famille. Le logement est très très bien situé , d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagé . Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das Meerist in ca. 10 Minuten bequem über einen kleinen Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Meerund die Strände sind wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Komfort. Alles Notwedige ist enthalten. Die Klimaanlage regelt sehr angenehm. Die Terasse eignet sich toll für Essen draußen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die FEWO empfehlen.

Wir waren im April/Mai für 2 Wochen hier mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 & 1 Jahre) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist super, der Strand durch einen kurzen Fußmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten mit Kinderwagen zu erreichen und die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders für die Kinder sind allerlei Dinge da, die man für Pool oder Strand gebrauchen kann. Man hätte eigentlich keine eigenen Schaufeln, Eimer etc mitbringen müssen. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt!

Situation géographique idéale, Le logement est très fonctionnel, Très propre, piscine à 2 pas de l'appartement idéal pour une famille avec des enfants. Die Wohnung war ok. Aber die zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten waren zu hochsind zuviel.

Die Wohnung ist ok. Obwohl wir die Wohnung ordentlich verliesen, mußten wir trotzdem einen hohen Betrag an Reinigungskosten bezahlen. Diese Zusatzkosten waren in der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, sie wurden erst nach Zustandekommen des Vertrages mitgeteilt. Schade, der Vermieter schickte freundliche mails, aber so hohe Reinigungskosten waren zu viel.
