A fuir !

Après nous avoir laissé une plancha défectueuse ce qui aurait pu être dangereux, l’hôte nous a demandé 300 euros pour s’acheter une plancha neuve à nos frais. Nous avons alors demandé d’avoir des éléments de preuves de ses interprétations nous mettant en cause pour des négligences supposées mais totalement infondées et bien sûr nous n’en avons jamais eus. Nous avons donc bien évidemment refusé de lui donner 300€ Il est alors allé bien plus loin en passant par ABRITEL pour tenter de nous faire payer 2000 euros. Sa demande est passée de 300€ à 2000€ sans aucune logique !

Superbe séjour à Pinarellu dans la propriété de Samuel

Fantastique parenthèse en Corse au cœur du maquis de Pinarellu Accueil cool et bienveillant de Samuel et de ses sympathiques chiens (Oda et Slash) En famille, nous avons apprécié la déco / l’agencement / la piscine / le jacuzzi de la villa. Ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour reposant mais également sportif à proximité des plus belles plages de PoVo On en redemande !!!

Traumhaftes Haus mit Stil und viel Privatsphäre

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in dieser Traum-Loftvilla verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll vom Besitzer eingerichtet worden, bietet Raum und Ambiente für Erholung und Relaxen im Innern wie auch außen auf der Terrasse und im Pool. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet viel Grünes mit Korkeichen und anderen Pflanzen der Macchia. In der Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Sandstrände, zum Einkaufszentrum braucht es ca. 10min Autofahrt. Der Vermieter Samuel ist sehr hilfsbereit und diskret. Ein Juwel im Süden Korsikas, ideal gelegen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons passés un très bon moment en famille dans cette très belle villa contemporaine au style industriel décorée par le propriétaire. Elle est nichée au sein d'un grand parc planté de chênes lièges, au calme. Les nuits étoilées nous ont fait rêver. Nous nous sommes très vite appropriés les lieux tant cette maison est agréable à vivre. Elle bénéficie de tout le confort moderne (très bonne literie entre autres) tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. On accède à la belle plage de Pinarellu en 5 mn en voiture. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la Corse du sud et ses plages paradisiaques. À noter enfin, la gentillesse, la discrétion et la disponibilité de Samuel le propriétaire. Super adresse à garder sous le coude. Si nous revenons en Corse du Sud, nous n'hésiteront à relouer ici.

Modere Loft-Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in optimaler Lage

Großzügige Villa im Loft-Industrial-Style vollklimatisiert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöner Pool auf großem Code-gesicherten privatem Gelände. Vermieter immer ansprechbar und stets hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein optimaler Familienurlaub. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Wonderful secluded villa, stunning interiors and great host

We had a fabulous time here with three generations of a family. Everyone loved the decor, the kitchen is compact but convenient, the pool is perfect and the villa is about half an hour on foot away from a gorgeous beach. There is a great pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away and Sam, the host, was very helpful with tips. I would suggest hiring a car so you can easily visit all the stunning beaches and historic sites nearby.

Traum-Villa, sehr ruhig und einfach wunderschön!

Tolles Haus, sehr liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet, total ruhig gelegen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen und es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe: Traum-Strände und imposante Bergtouren … wir haben es sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Auch der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Danke für alles, lieber Samuel!!!

a recommander!

villa contemporaine et confortable, au calme et pourtant proche de la plage. Le propriétaire est disponible et très attentif à ce que vos vacances soient les meilleures possibles! villa décorée avec goût et TB équipée. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, et tous les loisirs liés à la mer. Un point positif supplémentaire: le propriétaire est responsable d'une école de navigation, nous en avons profité en famille, pour passer notre permis bateau tous les 4! Nous avons une certaine expérience dans la location de villa, mais ces vacances resteront dans nos mémoires et sans aucun doute, nous y reviendrons, la Corse du sud, nous a vraiment séduit! Location vraiment recommandable!
