Located in ChampionsGate Resort in Davenport, FL, you will be staying just minutes from Disney World! Bring the whole family and even a few friends as this home has ample living and sleeping space as well as everything you could possibly need for your vacation!

THE SPACE:
The kitchen comes with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, along with everything you need to cook up your families favorite home-cooked meals.

Open and inviting, this space is complete with show-stopping appointments, an abundance of comfortable couch space, and a large flat-screen television.

You can experience endless hours of family fun in the game room where you'll find foosball, air hockey and ping pong tables.

Downstairs, you'll find two master bedrooms, both with a king-size bed and one with a convenient en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, seven bedrooms assure everyone gets a spot to lay their head at night. The relaxing tones and comfortable décor create the perfect atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Three of the bedrooms come with queen beds, one has a king bed and the others have either two double beds or two twin beds.

*Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, plus there's an extra flat-screen TV in the loft area.*

Out on the patio area you'll find a large private swimming pool where everyone can cool off after a long day out at the parks. Soak up the Florida sun while relaxing on the comfortable chaise lounge chairs AND enjoy lunch and evening meals at the outdoor dining area!
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

This was a great place to stay! Will definitely stay again! the only thing I has an issue with is the air in the house stop working and it took them 9-10 hours to have someone come out and fix it but other than that I enjoyed my time here.

Great place

Loved our stay at this house. Neighbors were very loud but there is nothing you can do about that! Loved they way the house was set up! Beds were super comfortable! Only suggestions would be to add a fridge in the garage and replace the toaster (it’s terrible). Oh and have the garbage instructions written out somewhere!

Typically great stay at Champions Gate

We stayed four days in January, 2020. House was as described and was more than adequate for our needs. The only negatives would the be tvs were a bit small in some rooms and the channels were a bit hard to configure but that is not much of a problem to talk about! Beds/furniture were clean and comfortable. We have stayed many times in Champions Gate and the housing and amenities are awesome. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home although the floors were not very clean on arrival. Yet we enjoyed the stay overall. The previous guess must have moved the Ping-pong table outside?? And the mops and broom closet was locked. But overall, this was a very nice home.

Lovely Home

This was a very lovely home. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. Although in the kitchen it didn’t have any cold water. And the hot water was to hot. But We managed to survive. And we wish the patio had a ceiling fan. A pool table would have been nice. But the grill was a plus. Thanks for making us feel at home at your lovely home 😉

This property was very clean and the check in process was simple. Temperature was comfortable and we didn't need to change anything. I can't say we had any issues but there were two points that can use improvement. 1-Garbage was not collected from outdoor bin. 2- lounge chairs by the pool were broken and the pool cleaning net was missing.

Great for Families

Nice house and location. Walk to the club. Good beds. Kitchen could use better cooking supplies including a baking pan to heat up pizza, and a casserole dish. Publix was 5 min away so we were able to purchase what we needed. WiFi was spotty and kept coming in and out. They told us we had too many devices on which is why it was slow. I explained multiple times but there was a language barrier with the maintenance guy they sent out. It never got fixed so we used our own hotspot when we needed to connect. Hot water wasn’t on when we arrived but that was fixed quickly. Otherwise we had a great time.
