11 of us spent a wonderful couple of weeks at Mickey's 9BR. We really loved the house and its facilities. The kids had a blast in the pool and everyone found the beds comfy. The game room was also well utilized. We did find the kitchen a little under stocked when it came to cooking and the dishwasher was not in good shape.Bathrooms and bedrooms were great, with the kids loving the themed rooms. WIFI worked well and the check in procedure was smooth.Location was decent. Thanks to the wonderful I4, Disney took us about 35 or so minutes to get to each morning and Universal was closer to the 45-50 minute range.Overall, a wonderful place that served our family well.

Wonderful Christmas family vacation

The house was beautiful and the perfect size for my 14 family members. It was conveniently located near Publix and other fast food places. Not far from universal Studios and Disney world. The pool was perfect for the little one and the teenagers. I would definitely love to rent this house again when opportunity presents. Oh response time was with 24 hours but we had no major issues.

Happy overall

Property was clean, rooms are large and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill. A few things; the pool table pockets are broken and the keurig coffee maker does not work.

Family Vacation

This home was everything it said and more. I had a few issues but, they were resolved right away. Ken and Larry were excellent from beginning to end! I would recommend this home to any large families that may need a home away from home. Would definitely book again!

Excellent!!

We loved our time here! The house was very clean and just as described. Very clean and comfortable for our retreat. The manager was very responsive and helpful and kind would totally rent here again! Also, if you rent here the clubhouse pools and restaurant should not be missed. This is an excellent property with pools, a tiki bar, cabanas for rent, a golf course. Really great to walk in and explore!

Awesome house and plenty of room for friends and family! The house was very clean and ready for our stay. We had no issue whatsoever. Host was supper friendly. We recommend this home all to our friends whom want to have vacation in Florida and visit Disney.

The house was great for a large family vacation

This house is immaculate and spacious. We had 16 people and utilized every room in the house which was very comfortable. Great pool and hot tub. The house has a resort atmosphere with its Oasis Club House for the family to enjoy. The house is located close to all major park attractions. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. I would recommend renting this house for a perfect vacation with the family.

Annual Family Vacation

Kenny was amazing! The check in process was so easy because Kenny had sent all the information to champions gate. The house was clean. Upstairs stayed warm though. Couldn’t get the temp below 76 degrees upstairs. Overall, our stay was great!

Excellent property

My family of seven, plus my in-laws, stayed at this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the oasis. It’s a short drive to restaurants. It’s not too far from Disney World and only about an hour to the beach. We were able to do everything we wanted to do and the location was extremely convenient. My kids enjoyed having their own rooms and there was plenty of space for everybody just to relax. The communication with Stacey was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again.

More than disappointed

- 3 attempts to get through the guard gate (reservation entered wrong, had to circle around twice) - Advertised ping pong table not in home (new 1 showed up on our last day)- Pool table felt, ripped in many places, missing the "1" ball for a full rack of balls, pool cues missing tips or had broken tips ( 4 pool sticks, 1 was functional but not enough balls to play)- Game room (garage) not Air Conditioned (2 small, wall mounted oscillating fans)- Foosball table had no balls and was not playable- Dishes in cupboards were filthy and had to be washed before using- Many beds with no fitted sheets, no extra linens found to be used- Urine stained Mattresses (There were mattress protectors)- Motion censor lights especially in the bathrooms that will blind you in the middle of the night-Ceiling Fan in the main Living room did not work (was told previous guest lost remote, did not work our entire stay)- Guest who used the pool complained of having "Hair" on them when they exited the pool. This hair did not match anyone that was in our group- Hair in Master Bath Tub drain- Unable to get 4 cars in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk, was about to get some kind of notice on on the windshield but was able to move it before that happened.-Maintenance guy was incredibly nice

Beautiful Home!

This home is beautiful! I'm giving it 1 star because the owner left a 1 star rating on my profile which I'm unsure why. 1 star for cleanliness. We were charged a cleaning fee and were left 3 trash bags. We had to buy extra trash bags ourselves. 2 stars for house rules. I'm not sure what house rules we violated. 2 stars for communication. We were actually texting each other and not messaging on home away so I assumed communication was fine. I'm a little disappointed with the rating I was given. Still a beautiful home. Also, I have not received my deposit back and to date it has been 2 weeks 3 days since I checked out.

Cleaning was a little questionable. Didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have control of the AC to keep the house cool. We can home everyday from the parks and the house was almost 80 degrees. After being in the sun all day, baking like a rotisserie chicken, you want to come home to a cool house. Then, once the house got cooler it was time to go to bed and it got warmer during the night so I woke up sweaty. Otherwise, house was great. My clean is different than others!!!

The house was nice but could use a deep cleaning. The BBQ was dirty and the grease that had built up started on fire. The temp in the house automatically goes up to 82 in the night (by schedule or the owners). It was an overall fun trip with family but we would stay elsewhere next time. Traffic in and out of the development is very slow due to traffic and the check in process.

Spring Break Trip

The house was amazing very spacious beautiful set up. Big kitchen area and beds were very comfortable. We all had an amazing time even though it was a short trip but it was all worth it. The kids really enjoyed their self we didn't want to leave. Since my husband is from Orlando but moved to Tallahassee so when he gets a chance to see his family he does so his sister came to visit us one day we was there and we didn't know we had to add her to the list so all it took was for to message the host and he added her with no problem. This was a great weekend we are talkung about booking this house again fir next year spring break but with more days.

Pleasant stay !

We would definitely stay at this house again ! From checking in to checking out we had no problems at all ! Would definitely recommend this to others ! Pool area could use some TLC but one has to remember it’s the outdoors and these places are not rented every week or month so it sits ! Lounge chairs could be replaced and fencing around the pool area could have had a little TLC ! Again nothing that put a damper on our stay !
