This house was comfortable for our family of 14 ranging from 1 to 75 years of age. Communication was easy and responsive. Beautiful uncrowded and clean beach. Restaurants and stores close by. Swim spa and hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of beach supplies.

Overall, we had a good stay. I have two suggestions that could improve the experience for future guests. First, all bathroom doors should have working locks for privacy. Second, any check-in paperwork or forms requiring a signature should be sent 2–3 days before check-in rather than on the day of arrival. This would allow guests to complete everything in advance and avoid distractions or inconvenience while traveling or driving to the property.

The company communication and support was amazing!! When we needed assistance with the pool and hot tub, they sent people over as soon as possible. The overall exterior of the house is in need of a little TLC. The interior was nice.

Property is desperately in need of repairs. Inside and outside. Safety concerns for decking and pool area as being a hazard for exposed nails, loose boards and rough splinting wood. The upstairs air conditioning needs to be replaced. Filters were dirty and no air flow. This was reported to the emergency after hours number but was not addressed.

This home is beautiful. Every nook holds a piece of art. Our family included 8 16-18 year old, 5 adults and a parrot. We had the best week. Pictures dont do it justice. The walkway to the beach is rare to have and it was so nice. There were dozens of chairs, rafts, toys, etc to use and all were very nice. The golf cart made getting around easier during high traffic times. Even the mattresses and pillows on each bed are top of the line. We were all impressed and hated to leave when our time was over. 10 out of 10 all the way around!

This house was fantastic! Our extended family celebrated in January for my Mom's 80th birthday.There were plenty of seating areas, a completely furnished kitchen, 3 refrigerators, and plenty of room for the whole family. The kids loved the downstairs game room. This house was perfect for all ages - 10 - 80!

6 bedrooms a little misleading as the gameroom doubles as a bedroom with no closet. Great for kids but not for adults.

70th Birthday Celebration

We have a wonderful experience staying at Villa Segundo to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. With people from age 2 to 70 we all had something fun to do without ever leaving the property. We all had comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms in which to freshen up. The game room was great and the beach was just a short walk out the back door.

Mansion on the Beach

I highly recommend staying at this property. Every bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. The living areas are very spacious for bigger groups of all ages. Between the ocean, hot tub/swimming pool, game room, and TVs in each room there is plenty to do. The property manager accommodated us in checking in a little early and was quick to answer any questions. The home was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. I will definitely rent this home again.

We rented this home for our entire family. The location and views were amazing. The house had plenty of room and things for everyone to do. The weather was great and the beach was awesome!
