Two refrigerators, two washer and dryers, balconies on 2nd and third floor and about 4,500 square feet, this is a unique home for your summer vacations and special events.

The pool heater is a new option for 2023 and it is optional: There is a $100 fee with an additional $50/per day. Pool Heater operation is subject to air temp.
