Regarded as the "Best Beach in San Diego" with world-class beaches on both sides (!) of the peninsula: instant access to the soft-sands of Bonita Cove and just a 2-3 minute walk past quaint beach cottages to the Pacific surf and Mission Beach Boardwalk, Belmont Entertainment Park and 'The Plunge' Indoor luxury Pool. It doesn't get much better!
Garage 1-car included and/or additional Free parking is just a 2 minute walk. Shared Patio with BBQ. Laundry pickup and next-day delivery service can be arranged for longer stays.

By car, it's just10min to Sea World, 20min to Balboa Park and Zoo, Little Italy Business district, historic Old Town, La Jolla, and Coronado beaches.

THE SPACE
Open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and views from every room! Sleeping arrangements include (2) KING beds with water views, and a twin over full-size Bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a Natuzzi leather Sofa-sleeper in the main living area which "unrolls" forward into a Queen-size sleeper.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access everything in the condo and garage, including all the beach equipment provided. The outdoor patio and BBQ are available for shared use.
One-car garage is included. Please note that this is a single car garage and that not all vehicles will fit.

Our unit is the largest in the building and faces the water. No shared walls so you can relax and enjoy your very own private Beach retreat!

Blue water views from the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen every morning! The famous Belmont historic 1920s oceanfront amusement park is only a five minute walk.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Everyone who lives in San Diego knows that "all beaches are not the same." If you are looking for a spacious, soft white sandy beach that is clean, safe and quiet, and free of the party scene, that is exactly where this home is located.
This condo is positioned on a narrow peninsula with beaches on both sides.
You have the beautiful sands of Bonita Cove at your doorstep which is a very family-friendly beach and just a few minutes walk to the Pacific Ocean side of the peninsula where all of the cafés restaurants and entertainment are located ⛱️

Only a five-minute walk to our Community Pool -The Plunge- which underwent a full renovation and now includes a first-class FIT Gym. Hourly, daily and weekend passes are reasonably priced.

GETTING AROUND
Local convenience market is just a couple of blocks walking distance. Vons on Midway Drive or Peoples market are both about a 10min drive.
Scooters and beach bikes can be easily rented.
If you have a car, you will find every popular attraction - Sea World, Little Italy Farmers Market, Balboa Park and Zoo - is within 15-20 minutes.
Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft are easily accessible.

Walk to beaches!

We had a great time- property is walkable to beaches, belmont park, the plunge and several restaurants. Space is tight (it's still the city!) but plenty of room for a family of 5. We were able to fit a minivan into the garage spot if we left the door up :). Bill was very friendly and easy to communicate with- we loved all of the recommendations that he provided. Great spot!!

Close to bay and ocean

Beautiful location if you love the water. Conveniently located between the bay and open ocean so you can choose waves or not. Owner was very conscientious and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely stay

Loved everything about the condo. The location was great. The condo was clean and updated. Just a note that the garage space does not fit a mid size suv. There is other parking near by.

What made me fall in love with this home is its beautiful secluded beach and watching my baby girl scooting along the soft sands oblivious to anything! The proximity to many world-class attractions makes South Mission Beach a perfect spot for a family holiday or business travelers looking to unwind at a 'Top Rated Beach' before taking that quick 10min ride to board their next flight home.
