Cozy Appart 150 m from the beach with balcony + Parking

Studio cabin 30 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator in residence located on the seafront close to the beach and shops including: entrance cabin with bunk beds living room with kitchenette with convertible sofa microwave - TV room water with washing machine and a balcony. Entertainment, night markets in the summer, tree climbing, bike paths, cinema, near Arcachon, dune Pyla, Bordeaux, Basque Country, Spain etc .....

Possibility SURF, large stretch of beach, kites, aviation museums, village of Marquèze, many hikes by the sea or under the pines, boat trip on canals, crossing to Cap Ferret or the island of birds .

Rentals are preferably from Sunday to Sunday especially for the high season to avoid traffic jams, possibility to see with the owner.

The rentals are from Sunday 14:00 to Sunday 10:00 / 1:30 - Sunday is much less traffic jam than Saturday!

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und die gesamte Kommunikation war herzlich. Alles, was man so benötigt, ist vorhanden - sogar ein privater Parkplatz und Fahrräder. Das Appartment befindet sich direkt in Strandnähe und es war extrem sauber. In der Hochsaison (August) ist im Ort viel los, daher findet auch ein entsprechendes Nachtleben statt, welches Vor- und Nachteile hat. Einziger Minuspunkt zu dieser Jahreszeit ist, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und die Fenster aufgrund der Wärme abends weit geöffnet werden müssen. Der bis tief in die Nacht und z.T. auch bis in die Morgenstunden andauernde Lärm der feiernden Menschen und das außenliegende Licht ließen uns dann leider nicht sehr gut schlafen. Dennoch war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern!

Un séjour aussi réussi qu'agréable

Pour ce deuxième séjour à Biscarosse, nous avons réservé le studio de Jacques et Christiane, deux hôtes très accueillants et extrêmement sympathiques ! Un emplacement parfait, puisqu'il se trouve à 2 mn à pieds de la plage, des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons profité de ces dix jours de vacances pour visiter Bordeaux, Bayonne, Archachon et Hossegor, faire un peu de vélo dans Biscarosse (mis à disposition avec la location). Nul doute que nous reviendrons très bientôt !

Propriétaires de l'appartement hypers gentils : sympas, accueillants, ouverts, joviales, généreux ! Le bien qu'ils louent est parfait pour une ou deux personnes. On y trouve tout. Tout est pensé pour être heureux.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces, restaurants, bars, et du bord de mer. Tout se fait à pied en quelques minutes. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Tout est mis à disposition par M. et Mme Saysset (linge de toilette, draps etc), que je remercie pour leur sympathie et leur disponibilité. Je reviendrai volontiers. Très bon accueil par les proprétaires qui sont d'une grande gentillesse et qui font tout pour nous satisfaire. L'appartement est tout neuf, très propre, bien agencé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est parfait : 50 m de la plage, idem pour les commerces. De plus, le linge est fourni (ce qui est rare) et surtout une place de parking privative très appréciable.
