Luxurious two-room cabin sleeping four with direct access to the beach .de l'Aiguillon
The building located in Arcachon on the beach at the extreme tip of the sting is served from Monday to Saturday by electric buses which run every half hour. This apartment has a 50 m2 terrace facing the beach of L'Aiguillon Its main facade and its geographical location do not allow access to cars and thus allows it to bring holidaymakers seeking rest to enjoy great tranquility far from the usual noise pollution that can be found in town.
Due to its position it allows very quick access to all leisure activities, beach holidays in Arcachon and Oceans, quick access to the shopping center and others. (The frame of the bird island in 5 stars) see photos!
During the winter period from January 5 to Saturday March 28, 2020 vacationers wishing to stay for long stays (minimum 4 weeks can benefit from an advantageous rate with a reduction of 35% on the basic rate but in this price does not include the weekly cleaning service and replacement of sheets

The hosts were absolutely amazing. They provided a very warm welcome along with deliveries of croissants, bread and wine - all of which were totally unexpected but very much appreciated.The apartment is light and airy and has the most fabulous ever changing view. Everything you could possibly need is made available in the apartment. This includes a couple of bicycles if required.There are some restaurants and shops nearby and a lot more in Arcachon itself, which is easily accessible by bus. If you like walking, it is also certainly doable. If you have a car, underground parking is available in the apartment complex.The large apartment balcony, and the view from it, is the star of the show - apart from the hosts of course! The ‘estuary’ is beautiful and a must if you like birdwatching. Oyster huts are just around the corner if you get peckish!

Excellent séjour chez Monsieur et Madame Eyquem qui ont fait de nos vacances une expérience incroyable. Leur gentillesse, leurs délicates attentions, leurs bons conseils pour visiter les environs, leurs bonnes adresses pour les meilleurs restaurants ont rendu notre séjour parfait !L'appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé, très lumineux avec une vue formidable. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Elle est grande et très bien aménagée (vous avez même la possibilité de faire du vélo d'appartement en admirant la mer et ses différents paysages au gré des marées). La résidence et le quartier sont très calmes et les résidents très sympathiques. Les petits commerces de qualité à proximité sont très pratiques.Deux vélos avaient été mis à notre disposition et nous en avons pleinement profité car les balades sont vraiment très plaisantes. La région est très belle mais avec Monsieur et Madame Eyquem, elle est magnifique !Merci à tous les deux !

Klein aber fein...

Wir haben tolle 9 Tage verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch durch die Bereitstellung von 2 Fahrrädern optimal. Gut ausgebautes Fahrradnetz, wir konnten vieles ohne Auto erleben. Die Vermieter beide sehr höflich und richtig lieb, bei Fragen waren Sie sofort zur Stelle und haben uns mit Champaner und frischen Croissants überrascht und verwöhnt.

Croisière immobile sur le bassin.

Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé et très bien équipé mais dont l'atout majeur est sa vaste terrasse et la vue sur le bassin qui évolue au rythme des marées. Quant aux hôtes, ils sont charmants et très disponibles. Nous vous laissons découvrir les charmantes attentions qu'ils vous feront tout au long de vos vacances 5 étoiles.

Au bout du bassin

L’appartement est idéalement placé à la pointe de l’aiguillon. Il est très fonctionnel et comprend tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse est de grande taille ce qui en fait une pièce à vivre. Il y a une place de parking en sous sol ce qui évite de chercher une place dans la rue. Enfin l’hôte est parfait : il est vraiment aux petits soins . Merci encore pour tout Monsieur EYQUEM.

Un emplacement de rêve et un accueil incomparable

L'appartement est idéalement situé face à la plage. La grande terrasse est un atout indéniable et l'appartement est très bien conçu et décoré avec goût. L'accueil des propriétaires est incomparable et généreux (merci pour les fabuleux croissants du dimanche matin). Jamais nous n'avons été accueillis avec autant de gentillesse et de générosité auparavant. Merci à vous 2, M. et Mme Eyquem. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet appartement. Je dirais même que je ne pourrais plus m'en passer après ce séjour formidable.

Très bel appartement bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur la pointe de l'aiguillon. Lieu idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Commerces à proximité à pieds. Phantastische Terrasse direkt am Strand

Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung hat eine riesige Terrasse mit schönem Blick und liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser. Zum Empfang gab es von unserem sehr netten Vermieter direkt eine gekühlte Flasche Champagner an einem gedeckten Tisch und viele Tipps für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Am ersten Morgen und auch am Abreisetag fanden sich morgens Baguette und Croissants in einer Tüte vor der Wohnungstür. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen ausgestattet und erforderliche Zutaten wie Öl, Kaffee und vieles mehr war vorhanden. Die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder erwiesen sich für uns als sehr nützlich. Das einzige, was unseren Aufenthalt in der letzten Augustwoche störte, waren die vor allem abends auftretenden Tigermücken, gegen die wir uns mit Autan und einer elektrischen Fliegenklatsche wehrten. Vielen Dank an das Ehepaar Eyquem, die sich als perfekte Vermieter zeigten. Andreas R.

Une expérience unique !

La gentillesse et toutes les petites attentions apportées par M. Eyquem ont rendu ce séjour très agréable. L'accueil personnalisé, l'envoi de documentation touristique avant le début du séjour, et la mise à disposition de vélo pour toute la famille sont un vrai "PLUS". Cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner offert qui vous attend sur le seuil de la porte le lendemain matin de votre arrivée ! Séjour dans des conditions parfaites

Mr et Mme Eyquem sont des personnes charmantes. Notre accueil fut parfait, très professionnel. Ils sont continuellement à l’écoute de leurs hôtes et se soucis de leur bien-être; bien au delà de leurs prérogatives . L’appartement est parfait, idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Rien ne manque. La terrasse est le point fort Je recommande fortement
