Home away from home

We had an excellent weekend stay. The unit was immaculate. If you are to looking for a relaxing/quiet trip, this is a great choice. The owner was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and well-maintained condominium! The easy access to the beach and pool made our family vacation enjoyable. A big plus was having beach chairs, towels, and toys provided, which made our beach days even better. Plus, it was just a short drive to St. Augustine for exploring and dining. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach escape!

St.Augustine retreat

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip in this very clean and well supplied condo! The beds were super comfortable with a nice morning coffee balcony off of the master. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything we needed. Check-in was very easy and Candy was very attentive and helpful with any questions.The best is an absolutely gorgeous beach just steps away! I liked this location that was easy driving into St.Augustine away from the hubbub a bit. We found great restaurants and coffee shops and many beautiful nature walks nearby.My daughter is gluten free and there were a surprising number of accommodating restaurants close by. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this condo and location!

Great location & complex

It was a very nice unit however the steps were horrible with a 2 year old & 4 month old, to stay again it would have to be a ground level unit. We brought way too much stuff to haul to the beach, so the load and unload up and down stairs & trek to beach was a lot! It would have been nice to have a cart available but we knew in advance there wasn’t one. Everything appeared as listed & looked nice. When we got there the two year old ran around barefooted & her feet were black! I took pictures, so I would say that the floors needed mopped, appeared clean but were not. The complex & facilities were very nice.

Wonderful condo.

Excellent location with easy beach access. This was easily the cleanest condo we have stayed in. It had everything we needed to have an excellent vaction. We will definitely stay here gain.

Weekend Getaway

The property was beautifully decorated. Candy was easy to reach when I had questions. I wish we had more time to spend in St. Augustine and to enjoy this bright and spacious townhome. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the historical St. Augustine. I highly recommend you renting this townhome for your next vacation. .

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described - so clean and very comfortable. There were super nice touches like the starter packs of cleaning supplies, the coffee pods, and the beach chairs! Candy was a fantastic host! The beach was a short walk from the unit and WOW - the beach was beautiful! We will absolutely stay in this property again.

The unit was exactly as pictured, very new and spotless! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pot/pans, and storage bowels (which even matched the color décor throughout the unit). Very relaxing location (easy to go to/from St. Augustine historical area) -- unit overlooked the pool/common area. Beach chairs and beach towels were also a nice touch provided for our use. Candy was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process from booking to departure.

Nice Oceanfront condo

We use rentals for vacations often. I am going to separate this into good and bad. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The owner offered us to be able to enter 1 hour earlier than anticipated which we much appreciated. Good: quiet location, not far from the main land and close to a grocery store and attractions. Beautiful beach! Well stocked with pots and pans, dish ware and cups Plenty of towels for the bath and beach. The resort is quiet, clean and the pool was nice, it is not heated though. The condo was very clean and had plenty of furniture for 6 adults (we were 2 parents and 4 college students). Bad: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no replacement trash bags, 2 dish washing tabs and 2 laundry tabs for a weeks stay. Not adequate, we had to buy our own. No broom available to use. This is a beach front condo. There was sand everywhere that we could not clean up. It is not an ocean view unless you lean over the balcony or remove the palm tree blocking your view. The first night I almost cut my finger off cutting a cucumber because the knives were horrible. We bought one and left it there for other guests. When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was 54 degrees, it was during a cold spell in Florida. It took hours to heat it up. There were tiny bugs in the pantry and we had to keep all of our food in the refrigerator. The water heater took a few minutes of running to get hot water and then it would burn you. The temperature setting is dangerously high on it. The condo sleeps 6 but I would suggest no more than 4 adults It was definitely cramped. We had no correspondence from the owners while we were there or even the day of check in which we found odd, typically someone texts you to make sure all is well. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but would not stay again as we feel that the little things not provided are actually big things that make your stay nicer. Going to a grocery store almost daily because you realize you need basic items, when on vacation is annoying. We have stayed at numerous rentals and I hesitated writing a less than stellar review but we felt that there were too many things that added up to give this a 5 star review.

In August, my sister, my 11-year-old niece, my 10-year-old daughter, and I had a delightful stay at the condo in Butler Beach. The highlight of our mornings was watching the sunrise on tge beach—it was simply beautiful and a wonderful way to start the day.The short walk to the beach made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand, which the kids loved. After a day of beach activities, the pool became our evening retreat; the girls had a fantastic time splashing around and relaxing.We also appreciated the variety of local restaurants nearby. Each meal we had was enjoyable, with many delicious options to choose from. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we felt the condo provided a great base for our family vacation. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great condo located in Sea Place that's been renovated recently. Location is fantastic and close to everything. Beach access is a very short walk and the pool is right by the condo. Easy check in/out process and we'll definitely be booking this location again next time we stay in Butler Beach.

This is a beautiful condo and a convenient location. Easy beach access which has a shower to wash off the sand on your feet. It is an easy check- in procedure.It was so nice to have beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, for the adults and toys for our grandson.Candy is a great communicator.

Beautiful unit

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless — clearly well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet still peaceful and quiet. The unit itself was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home.
