Have you always wanted to visit historic St Augustine, have a child attending Flagler College, planning to come to town to enjoy a show at The Amp or just want to relax on beautiful St Augustine Beach??? Answered yes to any of those - then this is the place to stay!

Island South Sanctuary is conveniently located for historic downtown explorers; Anastasia State Park visitors, St Augustine Beach goers, The Amp Concert goers, or Flagler college guests.

The condo includes an updated and friendly kitchen with stainless steel appliances with many small kitchen appliances stored in the cabinets. You can serve up a frothy hot coffee in the morning and enjoy a frosty margarita in the afternoon. The kitchen opens up to the spacious dining and living room. The unit boasts two bedrooms with two full baths and a separate walk-in laundry room. The master bedroom is furnished with a king -sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a full-sized air mattress provided for additional sleeping arrangements for children. Both bedrooms and the living room include large sliding glass doors providing beautiful natural light. The living room and master bedroom both open up to the spacious and green lanai and pathway to the community pool (no hot tub) and walk-over to the beach.

The condo is located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach close to numerous local restaurants, the beach, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, fishing pier, historic downtown St. Augustine, St. Augustine Lighthouse, Anastasia State Park, The Amp concert venue, Flagler College, and many more exciting places.

Wonderful location at St Augustine Beach. Condo was right on the beach and strip. All of the full time residents were so friendly. Loved the fact that we had 2 entrances. One from the parking area and one to our own lanai. Rooms were a little small but big enough. Overall we already have plans to stay again. The owners were easy to message and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay and close to the beach as well as the Historic District. Very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed having our breakfast and dinners on the back porch. Loved the pool.

Very satisfied with our 1month stay. Great location on beach and close to downtown St Augustine.Coming back for 2 months next year. Not going back to Gulf coast again ! We were on Gulf coast for 14 years. Much happier!

February Fun!

We were in town for the Willie Nelson concert/Tropicon book convention and to have our yearly friends catch -up weekend….In spite of the chilly weather, we enjoyed the lovely amphitheater and the Alligator Farm…This condo was very convenient to the beach and many restaurants…The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well-appointed…Very clean bottom floor condo with only a few steps to enter from parking lot…Large selection of books/magazines/games…Good communication with hosts prior to arrival….Quiet and only steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean…Would definitely stay here again!

St. Augustine Beach week

My husband and I, and his mother, stayed. Steps away from a very nice pool and a few more steps and you were on the gorgeous beach. The unit was roomy and comfortable and had everything you need for a nice stay. Great restaurants close by. All instructions were timely and accurate. We had a great time. Have already recommended to family.

Overall very good

Loved the pool and back porch. Had a little trouble working the dish washer. Might want to leave directions for that.WiFi didn't work the whole time. Kept going on and off. Beach access was great . I don't know if you get a lot of older people staying, if you do you might want to let them know there are a few stairs steps to enter. We managed to get my mom in but it was very difficult for her. Not complaining, just letting you know obstacles that we encountered. We enjoyed ourselves very much

Beautiful property and location. We had a tough time figuring out the TV setup, but we aren't really tech savy. Also the furniture could use some updating as far as comfort. We would come back in a heart beat. We loved the ground floor and the patio. Bert and Lisa were great to work with. Overall rating - Excellant
