Welcome to the Spirit of Yukon Condo! This premium 3 bedroom, Hi Country Haus unit encompasses 1,023 square feet all on one floor, with a second level entry from the parking lot. The Fraser River sits at the backside of the unit and can be enjoyed from the private deck.
In the living room a flat screen TV is mounted next to the wood burning fireplace and has additional entertainment options including a DVD player, CD player, free in-unit Wi-Fi access. Many comfortable furnishings including a newer sofa to complete the living room. No air conditioning.
To the right of the main entrance of the unit is the kitchen with new appliances that complement the wood cabinets and updated counter tops.
Adjacent to the kitchen, dining room has a large table and chairs to accommodate 6 people. There is additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
A full master suite including the bathroom and King bed brand new as of April 2021. The heated bathroom floors are a unique feature to this unit.
The second bedroom has 1 queen and the third bedroom has Captain's Bunk. The second full bathroom is located in the common hallway with washer and dryer.
A few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.
The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
