Great property. Exactly as described. Did not know that the property has no central AC but ample fans to cool down. Nice private neighborhood.

Great patio for those warm evenings. A note that the pool is a community pool, 2 easy blocks away. Kids had a blast in it, every moment we weren’t at the beach.

It was a nice stay! I thought the pool was at the house but it was a community pool/hot tub down the street. The house was clean and well kept. Perfect for our family weekend! Host was awesome!

Cyndi was extremely nice and was easy to reach before, during, and after our stay. The house was clean and spacious with all listed amenities. The neighborhood and neighbors were pleasant. No qualms about our stay, their were some minor drywall dings and cosmetic defects on the property but Cyndi was aware of them when we brought them up, so their were no issues!Would highly recommend staying here if you need to rent a house for your next California adventure!
