The whole house is yours! Only a part of the garage is used for keeping personal belongings and cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
There is a train that passes by very close to the home. If you are very sensitive to sound, I wouldn't advise staying at my place. They typically don't run past 10 pm. Some instances of a train passing by at midnight are possible, but no later than that.

We'd just appreciate it if you could load up and launch the dishwasher before you go and start the first batch of towels in the washer.
Let us know if you used any items from the first aid kit so we know to check and replenish any necessary items.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful Property in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. It was a bit chilly when we stayed, so the hot tub was much appreciated. The yard is huge and great for enjoying the sun, and the house has a great open floorplan to allow everyone to be together. We will definitely stay there again.

The home was perfect for our multi-gemerational getaway for my mom's 95th in the area. The house spacious for us with many things to do inside and out. It was also only a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into Legoland. We would gladly stay again if coming to the area.

Clean and tranquil

Place is super clean and nice. Bed is comfortable and everything works. Very quiet and convenient neighborhood close to a lot of things. Overall you feel safe staying here and its well stocked. This didn’t bother us much but I can see where some no people maybe annoyed by it. There is a commuter train track that goes behind the property across the creek. It doesn’t run on the weekend but it runs from 6am-10pm Monday through Friday, sometimes multiple times in a hour. If your patio door is open, its loud as hell but its barely noticeable with the window and door closed (good quality glass)

Great house - short walk to beach

My family (2 adults, 4 teens) enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The house was VERY clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. Lots of space for all of us to hang out together or separately, without ever feeling like we were on top of one another. There are tv’s in the living area and the front bedroom, but none in the primary bedroom or the bunk room (which was a little disappointing given we asked ahead and were told there were TVs in every room). Terramar Beach is right up the road, accessible by staircase, but unfortunately was covered with seaweed the entire week- so we opted to drive to a couple of nearby beaches just north and it worked out well. Overall, a great house with fantastic indoor/outdoor space to relax.
