Completely updated and designer furnished large penthouse corner unit at the exclusive Kingston Plantation Resort. Spectacular oceanfront, coastline, plantation & lake views from 4 private balconies. Interior was recently updated to remove all "popcorn" ceilings and replaced with smooth!

Please note that this is a fully non-smoking condo.

Huge Master Bedroom suite features a lighted, pedestal King bed with private, oceanfront balcony. Master Bathroom features steam shower and double vanity.

The large Guest Bedroom has two Queen beds, one bunk bed, a private balcony and separate entrance. Guest Bathroom has Jacuzzi tub.

Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front community with 12 acres of freshwater lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, mature trees, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, one-half mile of white sand, secluded beach and 24/7 gated and roaming security.

All furnishings, bedding, etc. are like-new. Don't pay more for a unit that is only ocean view and not nearly as clean or nice as this special penthouse condo.

We enjoyed our 2-week stay. The views were unbeatable (4 balconies!!). The host was responsive, kind, and helpful. The location made it easy/quick to get to the pools/beach, and there was plenty of security and the grounds were well kept. The unit floorplan was fantastic. Our teens had an area that felt like their own space. There are 2 pools we had access to, with one that is restricted to building guests that was quieter/more modern that we enjoyed the most. The host included tickets to Waves waterpark, but I mistakenly thought they were for the Currents waterpark next door, so that was disappointing - but my fault for not paying close attention. Also, years ago you could use the Hilton pools next door without fuss, but they require a wristband for a fee, so again, that was disappointing (poor assumption on my part). I also didn't realize there was no access to a fitness center without a fee. The unit itself had dated decor/furniture/kitchen. The cabinets were difficult to open sometimes, and the kitchen supplies were limited (no large bowls, only 4 small bowls and we bought a set of pans because there were only 2). The entry doors required keys instead of a keypad, which is a real inconvenience and check-in was not contactless. These are the only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. The location and views are the main attraction here. If you don't require modern amenities and understand what is included/not within the resort, I highly recommend it. We definitely would return.

Incredible views in spacious condo

Full week family vacation in north side of myrtle beach. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Host Robert was very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Nice area of the beach and the 2 pools were usually not too busy. Parking wasnt an issue either. Great vacation.

The absolute best vacation I have had in Myrtle Beach. The condo is perfect. Lets start with easy access the elevator is very close making coming and going a breeze. The unit was clean and extremely roomy. It comes with 4 balconies so from the 16th floor the views are amazing. The communications with the owner if we had any questions were answered promptly. We will be staying here again.

Amazing views!!

We stayed at Robert’s condo for my nephew’s baseball tournament and the location was perfect—-lots of restaurants and the Tanger Outlet mall nearby. However, the view of the ocean was so absolutely amazing, we wished we could have stayed on the balcony all day.

Priceless views

Great location with spectacular views!

We really enjoyed our stay and kept to ourselves due to covid and this place was perfect - clean, functional and great location! BUT the views are breathtaking AND in every room!! Robert was very nice, responsive and suggestive!

Loved it!

We've stayed on Kingston Plantation before (through Hilton points), but this unit was by far the best! Plenty of room for 7 (2 parents + 5 teens, 10-18). Loved the extra balconies, loved the view, loved the quiet floor, great location, kitchen well appointed, beds comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo has spectacular views and Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest resorts along the Grand Strand. I live right outside the gates of the Plantation with my three sons in the Arcadian Shores Golf Club area. Because of this I am able to be actively involved in the rental and upkeep of our properties. I take great pride in offering very up to date, clean and accommodating condos for my guests to vacation in. I personally inspect each condo prior to check-in to make sure that everything is indeed clean and operating properly. I have also been a local REALTOR and SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE in the area for the past 38 years and would be glad to assist any of our guests who themselves are interested in purchasing their own vacation or permanent home on the Grand Strand.

Why they chose this property

Kingston Plantation is so convenient to everything that the Grand Strand offers. Tanger Factory Outlet, Wal-Mart, Myrtle Beach Mall with Bass Pro Shop and a movie theater and Restaurant Row with all the great seafood restaurants are all within a couple of miles of the property. Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both within approx. 5 miles. But, once you pass thru the gates of Kingston Plantation you feel as though you are secluded in your own tropical paradise. There's no other place like it on the the Grand Strand!

What makes this property unique

Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the ocean are spectacular! We also enjoy the great ocean and coastline views from every room and the whirlpool tub and the steam shower. Our condo is located on the top floor and at the end of the hallway so you rarely hear any noise from other guests in the building.
