Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)
About Robert Dicks
My wife and I purchased this condo in September of 2000. We live just a few miles from Pelican's Landing with our 3 young sons who love playing at the beach. We really liked the oceanfront, top floor, corner location of this condo because of the spectacular views and brightness of the interior. Beacause we live close by we are able to be personally involved on a regular basis with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property to make sure that our guests have a great vacation staying here. I am also a local REALTOR AND A SC REAL ESTATE LICENSEE and can offer my services if you are interested in a 2nd home yourself or perhaps you are interested in moving here permanently. Just let me know if I can assist you.

Why Robert Dicks chose Myrtle Beach
The Shore Drive area is so convenient to everything including the Tanger Factory Outlet, Super Wal-Mart, the Myrtle Beach Mall and several other smaller shopping areas. Also, there are many fantastic restaurants close by including seafood, Italian & Japanese. The Arcadian Shores Golf Course is also just a couple of miles away as well as the longest fishing pier in SC!
What makes this Condo unique
We love the large screened porch off the living room and open master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Also, the extra windows and skylight are a big plus for not making you feel like you're staying in a 'tunnel.' The laundry room with the full size washer and dryer and the adjoining screened back porch are very helpful. Our condo is located on the top floor and on the corner at the end of the hallway so you rarely here any noise from other guests staying in the building.

The condo was perfect in every way. Our trip to Myrtle was great. Robert was a wonderful host with real good communications.
Excellent location, lots of room
Great place to stay, plenty of room for everyone, great view of the beach, close to lots of restaurants and was tiled entirely throughout which is a plus for me. We were greeted at the door upon check in with our keys and contact information in case we had any problems or questions. We enjoyed our family time together there and had a fun and relaxing week.
Two days into stay , My husband woke up with bed bug bites... We were horrified. We also had Fishy sheet service. ... They didn't even come in a bag like they were professionally done. In the end we got full money back from owner but it was the worse stay of our life.
Renters were immediately refunded their money in full and condo was taken out of service until professional exterminating company completed a full eradication of bugs (receipt of service available upon request). Please read all other reviews. This was the first incident of bugs in condo and they obviously were brought in unknowingly by previous tenants. No complaints of bugs since treatment by professional exterminating company. Also, no other negative reviews concerning linen rentals.
We had a great time at Roberts condo. Great beach, condo was clean spacious and had everything we needed. Robert was also incredibly easy to work with. We highly recommend his property to everyone!!!
Great view and location. We really enjoyed our time. The unit was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed including comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, kitchen and living area and balcony. The owner Robert was outstanding to work with. We definitely will be back!
Annual Family Vacaton
We made our annual post Labor Day trip to Myrtle Beach for the 23rd year September 9, 2016. We always prefer the week following Labor Day because the weather is great, not too hot, and the summer crowds have gone back to school and work. This year the weather was great except for a little rain the TS Julia gave us but we still managed to get a good tan.
The unit is top floor with great views and has everything you'll need. We love to listen to the ocean while we sleep. While we were in Pelican's Landing, the other half of our horde was in Pelican's Watch. I am partial to PL with the parking under the building and two elevators.
The pool is nice and usually not crowded. If you venture out for food, I highly suggest Bimini's. It's just up the road across from the Kroger's (also very convenient) and has the best seafood in MB. Don't let the "strip mall" location fool you.
Robert was great to work with and made some accommodations for us due to last minute scheduling changes. Thanks!
