You'll have a private washer and dryer to knock out everyone's laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! Outside, the shared outdoor pool is the perfect place to hang out with your friends whenever you need a break from the beach. Kick back on the furnished patio or in the sunroom to bask under the Florida sunshine with a cold beverage and a favorite novel. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV, and the free WiFi will make researching a new recipe or downloading an energizing playlist to your device quick and easy. And closer to home, this condo has private access with a private walkway to a 700-foot stretch of beach south of Jetty Park.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
