Gite of the Fief of Volette for your future holidays in the peninsula of Arvert in Charente Maritime.

Detached single storey house, not overlooked, very well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated, quiet on fully enclosed land, 3 bedrooms, 85 m2, extended by a large covered terrace of 30 m2 with a kitchen outdoor with plancha, sunbathing.
WIRELESS

Equipped for 5 people - only 1 pet allowed at no extra cost must be wise and clean.
Sheet provided as an option (15 euros per bed).

Interior Composition: Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe and shoe storage.
Nice fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, cooking piano 5 gas burners, microwave, fridge freezer, household equipment therefore, central island and stools.
Large cupboards in the rooms.
Bathroom with shower and two basins.
Washing machine, spreading to planned machine (outside and under cover).
Separate toilet.
Private parking.
2 TVs (82 cm in living room + 82 cm in room)

Nice little house, but a little far away from the beach

Very nice and tidy house. We really loved it. Stayed there for 2 incredible weeks. Good French speaking is recommended for the landlady. Side activities like the Luna Park fair ground or tree climbing is possible nearby. Unfortunately, you need about 15 minutes to drive to the beach and the AC is only cooling the living room, not the bedrooms.

superbe petite maison tout confort et belle terrasse. les propriétaires habitent a coté . les plages de ronce les bains sont vraiment pas très loin ainsi que la tremblade et royan 3 semaines vraiment tranquilles pas un seul bruit c'est top a conseiller pour 3 personnes ou 2 couples

Pour tous les amateurs de vacances réussies! Maison neuve irréprochable de propreté, dans un quartier hyper calme, nous y avons dormi comme des bébés et bébé aussi! Plus d'équipements qu'à la maison, nous avons adoré la plancha! Les proprios sont vraiment charmants! Ils nous ont conseillé plein de balades hyper sympathiques! Les plus: la grande terrasse et l'absence de vis à vis!!! Un petit nid douillet pour les vacances! Je retiens l'adresse et vous dis à l'année prochaine
