About this property

Les Mathes-La Palmyre: villa of 180 m2 on 1000 m2 of land in a quiet private residence and not overlooked. Located 4. 5 km of beaches, 800 m from the city center with its shops, its supermarket, cinema, tennis courts, and its market every day in summer. 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), one with shower room; 1 bathroom with tub. Mezzanine serving games room (table football, pinball, darts, billiards). Living room (leather sofa) dining room of 60 m2 kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped and pantry. wooden pool of 50 by 8. 4. 50 m deep and 30 m length 1. (heated from June to September) and secure with outdoor shower. Children playground, table tennis, trampoline 3. 60m fully secure, balançoire..le on a plot of 1000 m2. Very quiet and not overlooked. All walls and partitions are solid wood which guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic comfort in summer and winter. Maison aux Mathes

Maison spacieuse et agréable. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer : toiles d'araignée, poussière, vaisselle mal nettoyée, plans de travail cuisine gras, une partie de la vaisselle n'est pas adaptée à l'induction. L'exterieur manque d'entretien et ne correspond pas à la photo du site. Malgré ces remarques nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Super séjour dans une superbe maison

Nous avons loué cette superbe maison pour un week-end de retrouvailles familiales.la pièce de vie est excellente et coincés à l’intérieur compte tenu de là tempête extérieure, nous avons pu à 8 adultes passer un super moment autour du billard baby foot et flipper ainsi qu autour d’un bon feu … Les chambres sont très agréables et la cuisine au top pour préparer de vrais repas pour famille nombreuse. Je recommande vivement ce logement et espère avoir l’occasion d’y séjourner de nouveau avec un temps un peu plus clément pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur Merci

Séjour aux Mathes

Belle maison, bien équipée très bien située dans un environnement verdoyant, calme et près des nombreuses plages de la région. Nous avons cependant eu un problème de transparence d'eau avec la piscine. J'en ai informé la fille du propriétaire qui a essayé de régler le problème mais sans succès jusqu'à notre départ, malgré sa réactivité et bonne volonté. Je suggérerais par ailleurs de réduire le nombre de jouets disponibles dans la maison. Il y en a dans toutes les chambres et cela complique un peu les choses pour les parents ! Enfin, il faudra prévoir dans l'avenir quelques investissements, notamment pour la piscine et la literie, si le propriétaire entends maintenir le standing de sa belle maison de vacances. Globalement, nous avons été satisfaits des 15 jours que nous avons passés dans cette propriété, et la recommandons, notamment aux familles avec enfants.
