Comfortable cottage, Furnished 3 * Tourism, located in a locality on the town of Vernon, beautiful preserved village. Its position is dominant, facing south. The ground is closed by low walls of natural stones.
You will be immersed in the heart of Southern Ardèche: green nature, hamlets drowned in imposing old chestnut trees, vineyards on the slopes, olive trees, cherry and peach ...
The cottage is 500 m from the river Beaume (swimming possible). It is close to several villages of characters: Joyeuse (5 minutes by car), Labeaume (13km), Largentière (14km), Balazuc (18km, high climbing site) ... The splendid Gorges de l'Ardèche are 25 km away.
You will easily radiate on many other tourist sites: caves (including the famous Chauvet cave), museums, castles, producers' markets and southern artisans day and night (a market per day in the surrounding villages).
You will also have access to a wide range of sports and leisure activities: hiking, canoeing / kayaking, climbing, canyoning, Via Ferrata, caving, tree climbing, cycling and mountain biking, fishing in La Beaume, Ardèche or Chassezac ( Allowed the day in the village).
And for those days when you do not want to move: swimming pool, deck chairs, card games under the pergola, barbecue, reading (a library with a hundred books is available in the cottage), all in one calm and relaxing atmosphere.

   Secured by a roller shutter with power supply, compliant with standard NF P 90-308.
Surrounded by wooden beaches.
Very nice view and soothing.
For the exclusive use of the tenants of the house (the owner uses it from time to time)

   The cottage is totally independent with a terrace facing south, protected by a pergola and a parasol, in front of the kitchen-living room.
The owner's space is above the house.

SERVICES :
   Rental of sheets on request: 8 € for the double bed, 2 x 6 € for the small beds, for the duration of the stay. The beds will be made before your arrival.
To ensure the cleanliness of the place for all tenants, you will be asked 50 € for cleaning. At your departure, all you have to do is leave the place in good condition and tidy.

RACE / POWER
   Two large supermarkets not far from the cottage: an Intermarché and a Lidl 4km (Rosières), a Carrefour-Market 4km (Joyeuse). A bio shop at Joyeuse. Bakery, butcher, several market gardeners, and other businesses (bank, tobacco-press, optician ...).
Excellent restaurants and Bistros de Pays nearby.

STAY TAX
   It is 0,90 € / pers./night. Children under 18 are exempt. It will be collected by myself on the day of your arrival and will be donated to the Ardeche Department.
