On the ground floor: a large living-dining-room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful south-facing terrace with blinds, a large garden table and a barbecue; a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a storage garage, 2 bright rooms with a new floor, one equipped with a double bed with a large closet, the other with 2 single beds. There is also 1 bathroom with bath and washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower and sink and a toilet with washbasin independent bathrooms.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, all equipped with large closet and 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and closet and a toilet independent of the bathroom.
Pyla enjoys an exceptional location at the entrance to the basin. You will find the most beautiful sandy beaches of the entire Bay of Arcachon, exceptional view of Cap Ferret, the Arguin bench and of course the famous Dune du Pyla.
Our villa is located in a quiet residential area, next to the Forest Chapel and close to the beach. A bike path can reach by bike Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla safely.
