Villa in LUMIO full sea and mountain view, comfortable 80 m² that can accommodate 4 people.
1 km from the village of LUMIO, 2 km from the beach without crossing the road.

Air-conditioned open space: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, complete crockery), dining room with table and 6 chairs, living room with large corner sofa and TV .
Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Large 50 m² terrace with bioclimatic veranda, 1 outdoor table and 6 chairs as well as 3 sun loungers, and barbecue.
A 50% deposit and a deposit check of € 1'500.- will be requested upon booking.
Cleaning supplement € 65 if required or requested.
