Zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Urlaubsgebiet am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung auf dem Grundstück führt über eine steile, geschotterte Auffahrt mit großen Schlaglöchern. Die Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung wie beschreiben, jedoch bereits veraltet und hatte einen leichten unangenehmen Geruch. Die gesamte Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, sondern lediglich kleine Ventilatoren. Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes extrem heiß war, waren die Nächte ohne eine Klimaanlage eine schweißgebadete Katastrophe. Der Gemeinschaftspool war groß, wurde jedoch nicht wie versprochen vom "Poolboy" gesäubert. Am Pool sowie der Terrasse haben uns Sonnenschirme gefehlt. Das Meer bzw. der Strand waren entgegen der Beschreibung zu Fuß keine 5, sondern 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war hingegen sensationell. Die Lage zwischen den Städten Calvi und L'll Rousse war toll. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin ging sofort auf uns ein, als wir einen früheren Check in wünschten.

Appartement agréable

Vue ouverte sur la mer. Appartement agréable pour 6 personnes. Bien équipé. Accès à la piscine appreciable. Bien situé pour explorer les différentes plages jusqu'à Calvi et les villages de Balagne.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. La piscine est le vrai + de la location, l'eau était propre et la vue très agréable. La location dispose d'une belle surface habitable et 3 grandes chambres. L'appartement était propre. Il y a un logement au dessus qui était occupé les 3 derniers jours, l'isolation acoustique entre les logements est moyenne, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du séjour. Par contre, il faut savoir que la terrasse privative s'arrête au niveau de l'espace couvert, l'espace situé devant la terrasse est commun et sert d'accès à une autre location qui peut accueillir au moins 8 personnes: pendant les repas, nous avions régulièrement du passage. Par ailleurs, petit bémol au départ:ma fille ainée a oublié des vêtements quasi neufs dans la penderie et lorsque nous avons pris contact le lendemain de notre départ avec la personne chargée du ménage, elle nous a indiqué avoir tout jeté, et n'a pas pris la peine de m'envoyer un message.

Parfait

Location agréable, fonctionnelle, calme, bien équipée et bien située. Piscine sur place bien entretenu. 3 chambres dont une avec sa salle de bain et toilette privé bien appréciable à plusieurs couples. De quoi se garer sur place. Lindsay qui nous a accueillis était disponible, aimable. Merci nous recommandons

Ruhige gelegene Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Praktische Wohnung mit herrlicher Sicht in Nähe einer schönen Badebucht und gut gelegen für Ausflüge, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Für uns nicht störend, aber nicht aus der Anzeige ersichtlich war, dass die Terrasse ein Durchgang zum Eingang der daneben gelegenen Wohnung ist. Wer beabsichtigt, von dort auch zu arbeiten- Achtung, es gibt kein WLAN. Alles in allem - vor allem im Hinblick auf die Lage - aber dennoch empfehlenswert, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Sehr schöner Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach aber gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet - habe ich noch nie in einem Ferienhaus erlebt. Genial!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Feriensiedlung und nicht in einem Ort !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick von der Terrasse superschön !!!! Auch kühl zum schlafen und sehr gut ausgestattet ! Auch der Pool war super ! Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt !

Ruhig und schön

Ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, guter Parkplatz, schöne Aussicht, und mit dem Auto ist alles Wesentliche schnell erreicht. Die Wohnung teilt eine Pool mit 2 anderen Wohnungen, fast privat also. Für die Region empfehlenswert!
