Très beau séjour !!!

On tient à remercier les propriétaires pour leur hospitalité leur gentillesse et pour les bons conseils. Le séjour fut court mais incroyablement enrichissant. La région est magnifique et ce fut un séjour très agréable qui nous à permis de bien nous reposer.et de nous distraire de la vie quotidienne. On va rentrer avec beaucoup de souvenirs inoubliables.

Si ont cherche le repos et la tranquillité c'est l'endroit approprié, des propriétaires très discret et très sympas et toujours disponibles si besoin, une piscine entretenue et confortable pour passer de bons moments.

Lovely garden and pool

The garden and pool were excellent as were the owners but the villa needed updating especially the bathroom. The information should also have stated that if four people were staying you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Four sun beds were mentioned but there were only three.

Sehr erholsame Zeit mit leckerem Wein, Oliven und frischem Baguette

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund für eine Woche in diesem Haus zu Gast. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Neben französisch können die wichtigsten Dinge auch in englisch geklärt werden, sehr praktisch! Und auch sonst stehen sie jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite :-) Das tolle Gastgeschenk wurde noch am gleichen Abend aufgezehrt ;-) Wir fanden eine sehr geräumige Wohnung vor, mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, neben einem kleinem Elektrogrill, einem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, und einem kleinem Ofem gibt es in einem Vorraum sogar eine Gefriertruhe und eine Waschmaschine. Das Auto kann direkt in der angebauten Garage geparkt werden und muss somit nicht am Straßenrand stehen. Das absolute Highlight ist definitiv der uneinsichtige Garten samt dem riesigen Pool, der wirklich sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt ist. Wer mit einem Hund anreist kann diesen aufgrund eines rundherum geschützten Grundstücks bedenkenlos frei laufen lassen. Die Felder, die Montady umgeben laden zudem zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen zwischen den unzähligen Weinreben ein. Im Haus ist zudem ein kleiner Flat TV vorhanden, sowie WLAN Internet mit ca. 8 MBit/s im downstream, sodass auch Streaming von Netflix und Amzon Prime problemlos möglich ist. Fußläufig ist ein Bäcker innerhalb von 3-4 Minuten erreichbar, in die andere Richtung gelegen sind es nur 6-7 Minuten zu einem Spar Supermarkt und einem Mezger. Zum großflächigen, feinsandigen Strand fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einen Hundestrand findet man dort ebenso! Als kleiner Tagesausflug bietet sich zudem die Altstadt von Beziers an. Dort ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Alles in allem ein runder Urlaub!

Tout simplement parfait

Quel magnifique séjour passé chez vous, tout était parfait, la piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Vous étiez très discret mais aussi très sympathique. La petite maison est charmante et tout y est pour être confortablement installé. Même les enfants on été bien reçu, jeux en bois, jeux pour la piscine. Vous nous avez très bien conseillé sur les activités à faire dans les alentours. On ne demande qu'une chose : revenir vous dire bonjour. À très bientôt et encore merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

Goede week gehad in montady bij Marie en Jean Paul

Ontvangen door twee lieve mensen, welke naast ons gehuurde huis wonen het is een goed ingericht huis en alles is aanwezig. De tuin is erg sfeervol en het zwembad is heerlijk. Mooie omgeving met veel leuke dorpjes. Wel zelf linnengoed meenemen

perfekter Aufenthalt / Ferien

Absolut nette unkomplizierte und aufmerksame Vermieter, wir haben vile gelacht mit Marie+ Jean-Paul. ein tolles Gastgeschenk zu Beginn der Ferien hat uns ebenso verblüfft. Die Ausgangslage der Fe-Wo ist gut, man ist schnell in den Bergen (z.B. Roquebrun) sowie am Meer. Ein gutes Bett zum Schlafen hat uns den Urlaub auch entspannt schlafen lassen. Den riesigen Pool haben wir leider selten genutzt, ( sehr sauber und gepflegt) weil wir meistens unterwegs waren um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Ansonsten war alles gut eingerichtet, nichts hat gefehlt und wir können dieses Domizil nur weiterempfehlen!!! Dank, nochmal an Marie Jean-Paul+ Valerian Andrea+ Ingo

Einfach nur erholsam!!!

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus (Anbau an das Privathaus). Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht die Neuste, aber sehr einladend. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, die sich im Hintergrund halten, aber bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle sind. Die Vermieterin spricht gut Englisch. Private Dinge wir Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen , Waschmittel u.s.w. stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wirklich zur alleinigen Benutzung.
