About this property

In typical southern French style built house in a beautifully situated, manageable resort
Corner lot, facing south, large sun terrace with garden and sea views, for max. 5 people (pets are welcome.), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs (with sea view), on the ground floor living area with open kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, rich equipment of kitchenware, Internet-enabled satellite TV (250 programs),
Landline Phone (30 free minutes per week) + unlimited internet (ADSL - 8MB), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer etc., patio furniture + fixed grill, swimming pool in the resort, lighted parking lot near the house, 600m to the fine sandy beach (7km long).
All shops in the village within walking distance (about 600m).

Pool in the resort: In the holiday complex is located 100m away from the house a swimming pool (water depth 1.60 m, no shallow parts!) with phenomenal views of the sea and the salt lakes (Etang D'Oustalet).
The pool is open daily during the season from 01 06 to 30 09 and is exclusively for the guests in the residence.
Once the residence is not very large, the pool area is not crowded even in high season.

Pets Pets are welcome here. In the vicinity of the resort you will find for your pet sufficient outlet possibilities and nice walks along the 7km-long sandy beach (mostly free beach zone) and in the nature reserve just behind the cottage.

Nous avons apprécié les équipements de la maison, la proximité de la mer, l'accueil et la proactivité de l'agence. La terrasse est malheureusement en bord de route, sur une avenue bruyante.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit Terrasse

Das Haus war mit Allem eingerichtet was man im Urlaub so braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu weit, das Meer und der kilometerlange Sandstrand ein Traum. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. P.S. Hatten ein tolles Feuerwerk zum 14. Juli am Strand gesehen!!!

Sehr laute Strasse und Nachbarn

Ständiges Hundegebell, lautstarke Nachbarn und ein grosses Verkehrsaufkommen, sowie halbstündige johlende Partyzüge bis spät in die Nacht machen die Anwesenheit ungemütlich. Das Haus selbst war nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche wirklich nur minimal ausgestattet. Nicht einmal eine einzige Klopapierrollen war vorhanden und der Sonnenschirm war auch nicht vorhanden. Schade!
