This is a gorgeous Penthouse with every amenity you can think of. 3 bedrooms with 3 Full baths, so everyone will live in full comfort. Enter into great room living with your eyes drawn to the pool, water, and mountain views. A large gourmet kitchen is on the left with quartz counters, upgraded appliances, and breakfast bar. Dining for six is open to the elegantly comfortable living room. Split floor plan with the master suite is on one side of the penthouse, with views galore. Large king bed, and a master walk-in closet and double sinks with an oversized walk-in shower. The other side of the Penthouse has an additional bedroom and bath with a queen bed. Take one flight of stairs to the lofted third bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

This secure resort complex is located in the highly desirable Ocotillo. Just 1/2 mile to the Ocotillo Golf Club, now owned by Phil Michelson, perfect for the golf enthusiast.
The Cays comes complete with a state of the art workout facility, complete with a yoga studio and elegant steam showers baths. The clubhouse is a place to meet friends, have a party, sit by the fireplace, play some shuffleboard or use the business center. The Resort pool is massive and features a BBQ kitchen, outdoor gas BBQ, cabanas, and fire pits. The pool and spa are always heated.

Just outside the door, walk to local restaurants, Chop, The Living Room, La Sala, Rock Lobster, and Sauce. Grab a coffee at Press or visit the new winery Buffalo Jump. You never have to leave. But if you would like, the Chandler Mall is 5 minutes away, Costco, Target are also just a 5-minute drive. The highways 10, 101, 202 all super convenient, so the entire Phoenix valley is at your fingertips. Phoenix Sky Harbor and Mesa Gateway are each 20 minutes away respectively. Amazing Property!!!

Amazing unit with amazing views in an amazing development! Tastefully furnished and decorated with everything we needed. Five incredible restaurants on site wit a sports bar an coffee shop. Add in a resort style pool with fire pits and a hot tub and we didn't even want to leave the property! Can't wait to return!! 5 Stars!

Really loved this condo. However, it does not have a king bed in master. Pots and pans for cooking were pretty limited. Overall, wonderful place. The Cays is like a resort. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Nice property not well supplied.

The property had no spices not even salt snd pepper. There was only a tiny dish soap and tiny laundry soap no cleaning supplies. I had to purchase cleanser and Windex. Toilet paper was see through as was a roll of paper towels. Silverware was so cheap I was afraid it would bend. There were no large serving spoons. No serving bowls and minimal pots.. overall the kitchen was poorly supplied!

Nice environment, but expected a better unit. We don’t like softened water in general, so when we were unsuccessful at getting a water filter replacement for drinking water, we had to buy water to drink. Clothes washer left powdery residue on clothes, even though we used liquid soap. Beds were uncomfortable. Dining chairs were very heavy and made loud noise on floor if they weren’t lifted (not easy for arthritic 70 year olds). Lanai overcrowded with overly large furniture. I could go on, but I’ll just say that this particular unit was not good for elderly people and I would not choose it again. When issues did come up it was frustrating trying to get them resolved.

The filter has been replaced despite your refusal to assist, the amazing high end furniture has been appreciated by many guests in the past and currently, the lanai has been well received by all. Perhaps this unit may not have met your needs but we do believe that all other guests will appreciated this unit for its modern touch and high end finishes. Our communication with you was always immediate but not received with much grace or appreciation which is why you were rated in kind. Thank you for staying with us. FOR FUTURE GUESTS: communication with this guest was not very gracious and was tedious to say the least. we cannot win the hearts of everyone and this is an example of that. but we do know that we would love to have any guest who is willing to make the choice to enjoy there stay rather than not.

This stunning penthouse

This stunning penthouse condo was everything and more than what we expected! Tastefully furnished with super comfortable beds and everything we needed to cook wonderful meals in the gourmet kitchen! The resort style pool is amazing and we spent every afternoon in it! We also enjoyed the many restaurants in the complex and used the state of the art gym to burn off those calories! We will DEFINITELY be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Penthouse Condo Gets 5 Stars!

We will definitely be returning to this stunning penthouse condo! This spacious home was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully furnished with stunning views of the resort style pool and San Tan mountain range! We started every morning off with a workout at the on site state of the art gym followed by a gourmet coffee at Press Coffee right in the same development! There is also a steakhouse, Japanese restaurant, pizza place and other eateries on site! We hardly ever left The Cays except to shop and golf nearby. The amenities are endless! Only 20 minutes from the airport we were able to maximize our time! No more Scottsdale for us. We're already planning our next trip!

This really was a terrific luxury condo and complex. The unit itself may be the best location looking directly onto the pool and fountain. The decorating was top notch. The vaulted ceilings give it an open feeling, it was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice, clean and the huge resort style pool was never crowded. A cabana was usually open as well as the grills and fire pits. Elite Vacations was very accommodating and responsive. The location is great as you can walk across the parking lot to several of the downtown Ocotillo restaurants or for coffee. We are very happy we found this rental!
