About this property

Booking will include 2 complimentary wine tastings and 10% off bottle purchases at the winery. Each wine tasting consists of 5 wines (1.25oz ea). The winery and vineyard are set at the front of the property and the house is set approximately in the middle of the 25 acres. So, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to get away with family and reconnect, then this is the place! As well as enjoying the winery setting. The house and pool have been completely remodeled with a modern farmhouse look. The house also features upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms with king size beds complete with en-suites. There are two additional bedrooms each with queen beds, a queen sofa bed in the media room and a single convertible chair bed in the library. The sofa and chair beds are good for kids. All the windows have shutters so you can adjust the amount of natural light in each room. Enjoy grilling outside or just lounging by the pool. There is also a balcony overlooking the pool and the back acreage, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! Also, if you like to fish, we have a catch and release pond, but we are also less than 10 miles from Lake Ray Hubbard and less than 30 miles from Lake Lavon and Lake Tawakoni.
We are conveniently located 30 to 45 miles from Love Field, DFW International as well as other Dallas attractions.
Rockwall offers a variety of great restaurants and is known for being the live music capital of North Texas with weekend music everywhere! As well as at the winery on Friday nights. Rockwall also is the home to Lake Ray Hubbard. Enjoy concerts by the lake and boating activities during the summer months!
This is a NON SMOKING facility INSIDE & OUT. No DJ's, live music or sound systems allowed. No outside music with profanity or loud bass. All daytime visitors to the property must vacate by 10pm. If you are looking for a place to have a loud party this is not the place for you. We do NOT allow adult parties. Small family reunions and wedding rehearsal dinners will be allowed if discussed prior to booking. Also, these small gatherings will be charged an additional $350 fee. Absolutely no illegal drug use on the property, this includes medical or recreational marijuana.

Nieces wedding

We stayed here for our nieces wedding at a nearby venue. The location was great and was accessible to anywhere we needed to go. The house was starting to show its age, but it still did its job. We had plenty of room to spread out and it could easily host a large group. Overall it was exactly what we needed and we had a great stay.

Perfect location for Women's Retreat

Carol provided warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere at the house. We enjoyed retreating here. It was very serene and comforting. Carol is very responsive and attentive.

Perfect For Wedding Weekend

Great location near our daughters wedding venue. Everyone had a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms! The living room, great room & kitchen were perfect for family to gather & celebrate in a warm cozy setting. Communication with Carol was always quick & easy. Lunch at Rosini Vineyard was delicious and was decorated with awesome Halloween decor! Carol is the perfect host both at the home and the vineyard!

We were married in 2008. We have a crazy blended family with 5 kids and now 3 grandkids And Lucy, our fur baby! She is a 4-pound Yorkie that now rules the house! And a recent addition of a Yorkiepoo named Ethel. Yes, I love watching I Love Lucy!! And now we have included a winery and small vineyard to our crazy world.

Why they chose this property

Rockwall county is the fastest growing (as well as the smallest) county in Texas and is situated close to the Dallas metroplex. This 25 acres was a diamond in the rough in the middle of the county. We bought the property to build a winery and plant a vineyard on the front of the property. The ranch house was a bonus. So we totally renovated the house and now it is a vacation dream for families.
