Situated on 85th street, the unit is strategically located to see all that Ocean City has to offer. Whether it is fantastic restaurants/bars, shopping, miniature golf, go carts, water parks or the boardwalk; you'll be just a short drive/bus ride away!

This extremely clean 2 BR 2 BA unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! And it gets even better with stainless refrigerator with icemaker, stainless dishwasher, sectional sofa with a double sleeper bed, and a larger hot water heater. This unit has a master bedroom with a king size bed, central AC, and a full kitchen for those times where you want to eat at home. Parents will love the balcony where they can relax while watching the family have fun pool side! It's definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a $50 resort fee due at check in.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Antigua is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street is parking available.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

great place poor management

The place is just like it looks. Location great, beds comfortable the view and the deck is amazing. When we checked in we checked in the codes didn't work. They didn't have a key. we had to sit in the car are 5 hours wating for a locksmith to come and drill the lock out. When called to talk to someone and get some compensation more than once no one got back to me.

Antigua

We love staying in this location at the Antigua. The condo is spacious and we love the new couch! One suggestion would be getting black out or darker blinds/curtains in the bedrooms. Especially the double bed room. Since it is facing the outside hallway, lights stay on all night and make the room too bright. But besides that we love this location. Management is always great with any concerns or things that need to be fixed in the condo. This was our second time staying here and we would consider staying again in the future.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with a very clean beach and wonderful pool. The location was great for us to enjoy all the attractions Ocean City had to offer. The property manager was very helpful and fixed our small issue in a timely manner. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.
