About this property

New Town House - Minutes to the Beach - Secured/Gated Community

This Amazing newly finished development is in town and near the brand new baseball stadium where you can watch the Tiburones play there hearts out as the local professional baseball team for Penasco. This is a gated community.

This unit has 4 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and the Master bedroom upstairs along with a second bedroom with a King bed. There are two full bathrooms as well.

Kitchen has everything you will need including a toaster, microwave, plates etc.

Sheets and towels will also be provided. Just bring your Sun Tan lotion and a beach towel.

Flat screen TV'S and WiFi Internet included.

GREAT HOME 7 MINS AWAY FROM EVERYTHING BUT BE WARY

On the website listing this home looked like a steal and we were excited to stay here. This wasn't the case, the price was modest however the home did not have internet during our stay so no form of entertainment or even do work while vacationing there. The balcony was also closed during our stay so we didn't even get to enjoy the outdoors. The home is outside of the resorts and is stationed a bit outside of the central city but close enough for a quick taxi or drive. Please be sure to bring extra towels or additional toiletry as the home was not stocked for our stay.
