The Space:
This incredible space is perfect for a weekend getaway with friends, offering convenient access to all parts of town. The stadiums are just an $8 Uber ride away.

The main living area boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings and abundant natural light, encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living room areas.

Please be aware that laundry facilities are available in the building but not within the unit itself. You'll find the washer and dryer in the rear walk-out basement, featuring two sets (4 machines in total) for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the front porch, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom

The Neighborhood:
For groceries, bottle shop for beer, bakery, a few Restaurants, and the liquor store are all located on or near Shiloh. It is our main street on Mt. Washington and its located about 5 minutes from the house. The Grocery Store - Shop and Save - is at the intersection of Virginia and Shiloh. Shiloh is a great place to park and walk down Grandview as well to see the city at night.

Other Things to Note:
-The apartment comes fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and dishes. For safety, a fire extinguisher is located in the lower cabinet to the left of the oven. Additionally, smoke alarms are installed in the living room and bedroom, along with a carbon monoxide alarm in the bedroom.
-Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV, which is already connected to the Wi-Fi network for your convenience.
