Riverview Cottage in Naples Bayshore Arts District

This private cottage is the perfect getaway in South Florida! Sitting on a direct access canal to Naples Bay on Bayshore Drive. Adjacent to the Bayshore Inn & Docks where you will have included access to their pool, large screened-in lanai, and additional docks.

The cottage has a private screened-in lanai and gas grill.

The cottage has a full kitchen with dining and seating for up to six guests. There is a walk-out screened-in lanai from the master bedroom with seating and a gas grill. A heated pool is located next door at the adjacent Bayshore Inn & Docks for guests to use.

Relax in the sun by the canal or plan trips just a few miles to the beach, Tin City, or 5th Avenue for shopping or dining.

On site washer and dryer are located in the room entered from the carport. They are available for use by guests.

Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $75. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved - any damage done by pets is the responsibility of the pet's owner.

No Smoking in the cottage is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside the cottage has occurred.

Stayed at this adorable house over Christmas with my family. The house was in a great location. Everything was super clean and updated. Alex, the owner, did an excellent job of communicating with us and was easily accessible if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Great Place to Vacation

We just returned from staying in this cottage for the month of February. It had plenty of space with three bedrooms and two full updated baths. The kitchen is equiped with all basic appliances and access to laundry makes it more convenient. The location is great, just three minutes to downtown Naples. Alex and Kris are great hosts: easy to contact, accomodating, and super frindly, we look forward to our stay next year.

Loved this getaway! Boat ramp is close and there is plenty of dock space. Bike riding distance to restaurants. Pool was refreshing after a day on the water. The house was immaculate and decor was simple and cute. House had everything you need! We will definitely be back!

We fell in love with Naples after our first visit in 2010 and decided shortly after that to find property to eventually move down. Originally from Vermont, I have been involved for 20 years in renovating and managing properties. At one point I ran an very active restaurant in Vermont, and after that experience, I was even more determined that I find a Naples gem. We purchased the Bayshore Inn & Docks in 2015 and completely renovated the property over the next year. It was a "diamond in the rough" but its unique landscaping, amenities (like the pool, lanai, dock and convenience to so many things to do) and location really grabbed our hearts. So many guests and friends have fallen in love with this unique, special property. We enjoy meeting new guests and making new friends. After many years of putting it off, I completed my Captain's license this past year and I am looking forward to offering guests the marvelous view from the water by boat. We also raise Australian Labradoodles which are so much a part of our family. I hope to meet you when you come Bayshore Inn, but most of all want you to enjoy the sun and the area. Relax, you are on Vacation!

Why they chose this property

The Riverview House caught my attention the year we bought the adjacent property (that now we call the Bayshore Inn & Docks). The house proximity to the Inn property and its size was of interest to me. It took a few years to make it all happen, and now the result is a completely renovated inside and out adorable vacation cottage. We love it and think you will too. It is a vacation paradise with its amenities, convenience to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and of course the amenities offered next door at the Bayshore Inn. It is beautifully appointed and outfitted, and private yet super convenient.
