Welcome to a comfortable and upscale Naples vacation rental - just minutes from one of Florida's best beaches! Our 3-bedroom/2-bathroom bungalow (no stairs) is located in Naples Park, a quiet suburban family-friendly community at the northern tip of Naples, Florida.

Quick and easy access to U.S. 41 leading north through Bonita Springs, Estero, and the Southwest Florida International Airport in south Fort Myers, about 45 minutes away.

This immaculate Naples beach house is fully equipped to make your Florida vacation an experience you will not forget! This beautifully furnished get-a-way has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all the accoutrements including a built-in dishwasher.

French doors lead into the large master bedroom that features a private en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, and patio. Enjoy the 42 inch flat-screen TV from your king-sized bed.

The Second bedroom features a King sized luxury bed and the Third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed- super comfy for a great night's sleep. Even the den has a 50 inch flat-screen TV and a pull-out sofa bed so you can travel with the whole family. Working remotely? For your convenience, there is a dedicated desk with complimentary WI-FI.

The beautiful open dining area has a large table to easily accommodate up to 8 people. The living room has a large leather sectional couch with a 50 inch flat-screen TV and stereo that is connected to speakers throughout the house. Pop some Orville Redenbacher movie theater popcorn and kick back to watch your favorite flicks.

What's more enjoyable than a private Pool and Spa Combo when you are on vacation in Florida? Hop in the pool to cool off and soak away those tired muscles in the Spa after a day on the greens or the Pickleball courts. The heated pool and relaxing spa are fully screened for your comfort and enjoyment. Retreat from the sun under the covered patio. Fire up a BBQ on the gas grill and dine al fresco outdoors.

We're minutes from The Mercato with its many shopping and dining options, not to mention concerts, festivals, car shows, and more. Our Naples vacation rental is near Vanderbilt Beach, a gorgeous white sand beach. Enjoy your morning coffee in the covered lanai at home and head out for some beachcombing and birding at the beach. Don't miss the spectacular sunsets to add to your memories and selfie collections.

We're also very close to Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41) with its many amenities including Publix and Walmart options for groceries and a range of restaurants ranging from quaint French cafes through to tacos and tequila bars. Naples is famous for its many Happy Hour deals during High Season.

Please note that, during the winter season, bookings will only be accepted on a weekend-to-weekend basis.

I would highly recommend this vacation home! The location was perfect with a very short drive to Vanderbilt Beach and so much to do nearby. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing at home. The house was clean and exactly as advertised!

2nd time and plan to come again

This was our second time at this home. The home is clean, has a well stocked kitchen and contact/check in with the owner was seamless. We had our 3 kids with us, ages 7,4, and 1. The kids only needed half the beach toys that were available, and loved the pool w/ waterfalls. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a highchair and pack play available for use. We drove and parked at Delnor-Wiggins Wiggins, parking was cheapest here at 6/day and spots were always available at 10am. The home had plenty of towels for both beach and pool use, along with an Umbrella we used daily. Restaurants we enjoyed were don tequilas, Maria’s tacos, and brooks burgers. All the restaurants and stores we needed were very close and convenient. We plan to return to this home next time we travel to naples.

Clean spacious getaway

The house was clean and exactly as depicted in the listing. Communication and check in were a breeze. I have no complaints about anything. This was my 5th time staying in Naples park and I absolutely love the area. This home ranks towards the top.

Beautiful, worry free vacation home

This home was exactly as described and more. Our stay at this beautiful vacation home was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed.The location was absolutely perfect for us – being so close to the beach was such a luxury, and we loved having stores conveniently close by for anything we needed. It made our vacation so much more relaxed and enjoyable.The home itself is stunning and designed for ultimate comfort. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds. The kitchen was a dream, truly stocked with everything a guest could possibly need, even offering the choice of a traditional coffee maker or a Keurig – a thoughtful touch that made our mornings perfect! We also loved the clean and refreshing pool, which was a wonderful bonus for unwinding after a day in the sun.This home is clearly loved and meticulously maintained, providing a truly comfortable and convenient escape. Great Stay

We spent three nights with our 5 grown children. Everything was clean, convenient , comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub. Bikes, beach chairs , and parking pass to borrow made the beach awesome as well. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for 12. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would reccommend this house to anyone looking for a house that feels like home.

Hot Tub Heaven

Very comfortable house, stocked well. It's in a quite neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are fairly close. Now lets talk Hot Tub and Pool. Best hot tub I have ever been in, it is powerful, and the pool is AMAZING. A property that actually heats the pool. Pool area is screened in, and very nice. All communications with property manager were pleasant. We loved this place so much, we left a beach boogie baord for future guests.

Love the pool & proximity to Wiggins Beach

Clean house with plenty of space Great pool and quite neighbors Love the convenience to Wiggins Beach & Vanderbilt The only drawback for us was that the beach chairs were old and uncomfortable and there was no beach umbrella. We ended up buying one (not inexpensive) on our last day we gave the umbrella to a group of locals at the beach as we figured that they would enjoy it and appreciate it. Other than the lack of beach items we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! I forgot to mention that the pool has wonderful sunlight all day and through the sunset.

Great place & great host

We stayed here for two weeks, with a 1 year old and 4 adults. Location is great close to everything especially the beach, even that we got hit by hurricane Ian we got to spent 1 day at the beach, which was walking distance and a very nice beach for our family. The pool was clean and fun! , when not beeing able to access the beach. The pool became our hangout spot. The house has everything that you need, great kitchen with all the appliences that you would need for your vacation, house is very spacious and a perfect place to hang out with your family. It was very easy to get a hold of April and she is extremly helpful ! We will come back as soon as we can!

Everything you need!

We can highly recommend this property. When we arrived at the house, the checkin process was very easy and all you need for your first days is available so you dont need to buy toilet paper and stuff in the beginning. The house was very clean and tide. When we first tried to use the jacuzzi, it wasn't working at all so we went in contact with the owners. The responding time is extremely fast and the pool guy was organized for the same day. Everytjng was fixed then and we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. The location of the house in our opinion is perfect. The beach is just a 3 min drive away and can also be reached by foot. There are several good restaurants and shopping opportunitues not far away. We really loved our stay and for sure are looking forward to come back one day. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Nice home and pool, close to everything

Stayed here for a week with our 2 kids ages 2 1/2 and 5. Home was clean and booking/checkout process was easy. We really enjoyed the private pool area and hot tub. Shallow end was right level for our 5 year old to be able to touch, both kids enjoyed the waterfalls. We used the pool towels our whole stay, plenty to use for beach and pool days. We walked to the beach one day (20ish min with 2 small kids walking). Other days we drove, Conner park lot for bluebill beach has meters but they were out of order so parking was free. We would get dropped off at beach and my husband would walk across the bridge (5min) to meet us. Kids also used the beach toys all week that the home provided. Beach chairs could be replaced but still used, convenient that they were provided for us. Home is very close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Naples home!

We had a great time at this Naples home! Location was great. We drove to fort Meyers for a Twins spring training game, went to the Botanical gardens, and the Naples Zoo, and spent one day at the beach. The beach is within walking distance but we drove because we had a baby with and it was really hot out! We spent time in the pool and spa every day/evening. Only had a few minor problems but the owners were quick to get a repair man out! Dishwasher was out of order for our trip but we took turns doing dishes!!! Lots of restaurants near by to eat at, and a nice kitchen in the house to cook in! We made breakfasts and lunches at the house and went out for dinners. Very clean establishment, lots of towels for the pool area and lots of things in the garage to bring to the beach (floaties, boogie board, chairs, umbrellas, cooler....) Only thing we didn’t realize was we had to provide our own garbage bags and paper products (toilet paper/tissue/paper towel). We just made a quick run over to Walmart and stocked up for the week! Had a great time and would book here again.

Naples is the premier and number one location in all of Florida. We combed all of it and it is the best by far.

Safe, classy and on the right side for protection from the elements.

The area being close to the Beach, safe and secure in Collier County, and central to Mercato in a great area close to the Beach and Golf courses is what made us buy.

The pool and spa in the fully covered Lanai sold us. With three waterfall features and night lights its great for entertaining.
