The house is located less than 5 minutes from the eastern entrance of VANNES (56000), in a small village in the town of THEIX, at the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan, and the Rhuys Peninsula.

In season: From June 15th to September 15th, renting 7 days minimum, from saturday to saturday.

When you ask for information, if you have children, you will need to tell us, the number, and their age (guys, girls).

We limit the rental of this house to 4 people maximum.

The rental does not have equipment for young children, and people with reduced mobility.

When you request information, you will find on the site Abritel, a rental agreement, as well as a questionnaire, which you must return to us duly completed.

The house, facing south, is in a private park and wooded 2 ha, composed of oaks, and maritime pines. One of several hectares forest surrounding the property.

You are the only occupants of this house during your stay.

Two houses, distant from each other, are located in this private park of 2 ha.

The rental house was completely renovated in 2013 and 2014, with quality materials, new furniture and bedding.

You will enjoy a great tranquility, and a very pleasant living environment in this house, while enjoying the amenities of the city, and the proximity of the beaches, without any farm, close to the rental.

A room of life of 50 m2 in RDC, consisting of a living room, a stay, a kitchen equipped, with three exposures, South, West, North.

2 bedrooms on the ground floor facing south:
The first room of 24 m2, with French window to the East, and window to the South. A double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables, with a sitting area. The bed is made upon arrival.

The second room of 11 m2, on the ground floor. Southern exposure, with a double bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Two closets in the hallway for this room. The bed is made upon arrival.

You have the option of having an optional extra room upstairs, facing south of 12 m2, with the same comfort as the other rooms, with WC upstairs for this room.

If you have two children, and according to their age, we recommend you to take this room, at the price of 8 € per night for 7 nights minimum, or 56 € for the week, that you will have to pay us on your arrival.
