Townhome on the water w/ Private Entrance - Minimal impact from Helene or Milton

The gulf coast of Florida had a tough hurricane season. Our area had flooding from Hurricane Helene but no damage from Hurrican Milton. We were on the island less than 24 hours after Helene hit and had the lower level (garage) remediated the same day. Everything has been professionally cleaned and restored. Clearwater beach is open as well as the majority of the restaurants and bars on the island. The city has done an amazing job of cleaning up debris on the streets. It is a work in progress, but the majority of the cleanup is behind us.

Relax and enjoy all that Clearwater has to offer with this beautiful completely remodeled family sized townhome overlooking Clearwater / Clearwater Beach Florida. The panoramic welcoming dock sits on the water- perfect for soaking in the sun, fishing, and catching occasional surprise glimpses of dolphins! Enjoy the sunrise from the private rooftop terrace or evenings relaxing overlooking the bay. Spend the day at the shared pool just outside the back door or take a 5 minute walk to Clearwater beach. The location is ideal with a less than 10 minute walk to the famous "Pier 60" as well as restaurants and shopping, while still offering a quiet more secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle of town. The open floor plan with 2700 sq feet offers a large combined family room, dining area and kitchen. The updated kitchen comes complete with granite counters and stainless steal appliances. The private master suite is situated on the top floor with a large dual head shower.

Our townhouse is ONLY booked in 7 day blocks, Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4PM Saturday, check out time is 10AM.

Located on 3rd level includes plush mattress, dresser, flat screen TV, closet and a full bath.
