What better place to work or school from home...think of the recess breaks😎
This beautiful Top floor condo unit built in 2000 is situated right on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. A full ocean view with sliding glass doors that fold into the wall for a spectacular view. This unit is a 3rd floor, corner unit which means there are extra windows and the ceilings are higher than standard units. This makes you feel like you are in a house compared to an apartment. (it also means you wont hear the pitter patter of people walking on the floor above, because you are the top floor). The fresh coat of paint, remodeled kitchen and crown molding make this a great place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. We hear it over and over that the pictures just don't do it justice. I guess we need to take better photos :(

If you don't feel like walking the few steps to the beach, you can relax in the pool or hot tub, or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the pool deck. A gas grill is provided for those that enjoy a good bar-b-q. And don't worry, in the cooler months, the pool is heated so you can always enjoy the Florida sun.
The two covered parking spots are provided extremely close to the elevator which takes you right up to the door of your unit.
The location of this condo is in the heart of the Indian Rocks Beach with numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. A few blocks down the street is a wonderful park for the kids and a city library for all the reading and movies you could ever watch. Also within a few blocks is a beautiful nature preserve.
Sunset Paradise condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach is close to multiple shopping areas, a small water park, putt-putt golf, an aquarium, some beautiful bike trails including riding over the bridge to Clearwater, a large amusement park is an hour away, Lego Land, Dinosaur World, and Disney is 1hr 45 min away.
There is plenty to do for all ages...or you can just relax at the beach, pool, or back porch and enjoy the best view around.

Perfect family vacation spot

Travelled with my husband and our four kids (17, 14, 10, and 9). This was their first vacation and first time to Florida. It was our first time to IRB. The condo has a stunning view, and the beach never was too crowded (even on the holiday). Condo is more spacious than anticipated and there are restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

Nice condo right on the beach

The condo is very nice and the view of the beach from the living room is stunning. The pool and hot tub were hits with my crew, and the beach is (obviously) great and right outside our door.

We loved spending Christmas week at Sunset Paradise. Lovely views, beautiful property, lots to do in the area. The owners were great and all our needs were met just like being at home. Will come back, this was our second time at this property.

Paradise in the Sun

This is a wonderful property with Million Dollar views of the Gulf. This property has great amenities and is just steps from the Gulf. Host is great to work with and makes you fell welcome. A true vacation getaway!

Awesome month!

Spectacular views, awesome location and accommodating host sums up this property! We spent the month of February there and really enjoyed waking up and going to bed with the spectacular views of the Gulf. The property has all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. The communication with the Host was phenomenal. Highly recommend for you next get away!

Family Vacation

Comfortable, spacious for 7 with great location. Balcony view from 4th floor of the gulf a real plus for spotting dolphins, manatees and activities on the beach. Pool with hot tub really nice to have. Cart and elevator was a nice extra to load and unload.

A Perfect Rental

This condo is perfect! Layout is wonderful, nicely furnished, super clean and well stocked and even had beach towels and chairs. Gorgeous view, right in the beach. I can’t say enough nice things. Wonderful condo, other renters were inconsiderate

We loved the condo and the beach. Unfortunately, other renters yelling and partying until 2/3 am inside and by the pool, leaving the pool area a disaster made it an unpleasant experience to try and relax and sleep at night.

Best Condo on the Indian Rocks

This third floor condo at Sunset Paradise in Indian Rocks Beach has breath taking views of the beach and nightly sunsets. The condo is decorated so well in an eclectic beach theme with many upgrades and modern touches. We felt at home for our two week stay and were so close to so many shops, restaurants, entertainment, and friends. The owners of the property are the absolute best to work and communicate with and everything we needed was ready and available. This is definitely the best condo on the beach and cannot wait for many more vacations!

An excellent choice!

This condo is beautifully decorated with breathtaking sunset views, and a spacious deck. With only 55 steps from the pool gate to the beach, we loved this convenience. The hot tub needed a repair and the owner was quick to address this. We used the hot tub all day during the rain. I have hundreds of photos from the sunsets! We were not ready for this vacation to end.

Beachfront gem

The condo has a comfortable layout, is very clean and well-equiped. It is a top floor unit so the ceiling is higher than lower floor units (we know because a couple we traveled with had a lower floor unit). The higher ceiling, plus the choice of furnishings, lends the condo a light and airy feeling. Communication with Gordon was excellent. Check-in and check-out a breeze.

Allison and Gordon are originally from Ohio. We have lived in Tampa for 10 years now and have been growing our family at a pretty rapid pace. We have 5 children, 10 yrs old and younger. Over the ten years we have come to love Indian Rocks Beach best of all the beaches up the gulf coast and are beyond excited to be able to enjoy this beautiful condo that has been taken care of with such pride. We plan to use the condo when we don't have soccer practice, t-ball etc and share our getaway with others when we are not using it

Why they chose this property

We take tremendous pride in our place. It will always be increadibly clean and just waiting for you to spend some great family time together. We understand the value of time spent with family so we try to think of everything so you don't have to.
We have plenty of young kids And have supplied the condo with our basics such as the pack n play, stroller, booster seat etc.

Our location can not be beat. To be honest, there is not a restaurant around with a better view. We often order take out and eat from our balcony.
You will be very close to great food, a great breakfast place, you can rent bikes or paddlebpards etc.
In a short drive you will be in Clearwater Beach which is a much busier beach that has a lot of entertainment.
Lastly we self manage and want every experience to be amazing so if you need anything we are just a call or text away.

What makes this place unique:
Extremely clean
Well decorated
We can't take pictures that do the place justice.
Large sliding glass doors that fold into the wall giving you a full wall of wide open view of the ocean.
Being on the third floor you do not hear people walking above you.
The ceilings are also a bit higher in this unit compared to the units below. The extra couple feet make a huge difference.
Also being on the third floor the bugs are not as bad.
It is great to have your own personal restroom just an elevator ride away.
It's perfect for kids and nap time, where you can still enjoy the beach from the unit while kiddos are sleeping.
