Back to the hill, enjoy the terrace facing south, the view of the historic village of BIOT glassmakers and potters. Feet in the green, 5 minutes from the village, 10 minutes from the sea, you can lounge by the pool.
I entrust you with my nest, where I enjoy living so much, the exposure due south, and the beauty of the countryside, make it a little corner of paradise where life is good. The semi-detached villa is duplex, at the entrance to the landing, the bathroom, separate toilet, two spaces: a bedroom with a 160 bed, and a cabin room fitted out on a mezzanine with a 140 bed. main room: fitted kitchen area, lounge (sofa 140), office, all opening onto a wooden terrace. A small detail: if you choose this house of happiness, you must appreciate the cats, because there are two kitties who guard the place, they are very discreet, very nice and not very present.

Cozy area with an outstanding view of Biot from the terrace! Extra cozy to see and hear life from the football field further down the valley. We wanted to experience French culture and we got that here :)Close to Biot center, Antibe and Nice by car suited us perfectly. Great with a large pool near the house. We stayed here in mid-October, when the pool was not so warm but still cool in the heat!Overall we are very satisfied. The host was available throughout our stay and answered any questions we had.The only downside was that our car did not fit in the garage. We had to park down in the valley, about 200 meters away, in the gravel parking lot. With small children it was a bit cumbersome, but you have to live with that in villages :)

Beautiful relaxing home with incredible views over Biot

This was a beautiful very relaxing property, which felt like a home, because it is one. Built into the hillside, with a large balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view or an evening apéro, this property comes with access to a large secure swimming pool within 2 minutes walk and is less than 10 minutes drive from the beach. Parking is not always easy, but there is a garage with the additional advantage of not stepping into an oven- so use it!! Due to the steps down to the property it may not be suitable for some less mobike guests, but it worked well for us as a family group of 5 adults. The beautiful town of Biot is just a few minutes walk away. We loved our stay!mobile elderly guests, but

Quaint home with fantastic view and great location. Everyone should note that this home is not for people who are accessible challenged. Be prepared for steep climb up and down the alpine foothills. Convenient steps lead down from the home to the base of Biot with shops, restaurants, and bus stops. To get to old Biot, a walking path leads you a steep trail to the fabulous, historic Biot. I'm a 61 year old American and I could do it! It only takes about 8 minutes. Old Biot doesn't disappoint with artisan shops, welcoming cafes and restaurants, small grocery market, homes, and more. The people were extremely nice and most spoke at least a little English. We never had an issue with our limited knowledge of French. The home is an eclectic artist's home. Be prepared for steep steps to get into the home and within the home's level. even one of the beds is a climb to a lifted space. The home is clean and the beds are comfortable. Our host could not be nicer. Thank you for sharing you slice of paradise with use. I hope to return soon.

Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung mit schöner grosser Terrasse.Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings können wir uns nicht vorstellen, die Wohnung mit 6 Personen zu nutzen.Wir waren zu viert und das war okay, mit mehr Personen wird es arg eng.

Bonjour Merci de votre commentaire , je vous rejoins , 4 personnes est le bon nombre pour être confortable . Je laisse malgré tout 6 car parfois les personnes ont des enfants et même s ils sont un peu serrés il préfèrent pour une question de prix et comme la terrasse serre de pièce en été , cela leur permet de venir pour un coût convenable . C est pour cela que je demande toujours aux locataires lors de la demande qui vient et quel âge ont les personnes pour conseiller au mieux et prévenir s il me semble que cela va être juste . Merci de votre commentaire qui me permet de bien préciser les choses . Au plaisir de vous accueillir pour d autres aventures. Valérie

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette maison. Elle est particulièrement bien équipée, propre, confortable et très bien située. Fans de la cafetière à piston !

Villa aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Très bon accueil de Valérie qui nous a conseillé quelques endroits qui ne nous ont pas déçus. La piscine est agréable et nous y avons rencontré des gens sympathiques. Mi-juin est une très bonne période pour profiter de la mer et se promener dans les villages aux alentours qui sont vraiment magnifiques avant l’arrivée de tous les vacanciers... Coup de cœur unanime pour la terrasse avec sa vue sur Biot. Merci Valérie d’avoir partagé votre petit cocon avec nous.

Séjour à Biot

Petite villa décorée avec gout. Pour les chambres juste l'essentiel, l'espace est dans la pièce principale et la terrasse. Attention une chambre en mezzanine donc un peu chaud en plein été. Nous avons pu mangé sur la terrasse matin, midi et soir. La piscine est à proximité avec plus de monde le week end, grande et très bien entretenue. A proximité de Biot, de commerces, de Marineland.

Un grand moment de plénitude

Une maison entourée de verdure au calme. Magnifique vue sur le village de Biot sans aucun vis à vis. Un havre de paix. Quartier résidentiel hors du circuit de la "touriste-mania". Piscine privée à proximité, propre et assez grande. La déco est sympa , faite par une artiste dans l'âme. Idéal pour famille de quatre personnes, les enfants ont adoré. A proscrire pour les personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des escaliers. On a adoré et on y retourne l'été prochain !!! La déco est faite

Cette petite villa est un vrai bijou ! Meublée dans un style qui m'a fait me sentir instantanément en vacances. Très confortable et calme en étant proche du village de Biot et à quelques minutes de la mer. Je la recommande à tous ceux qui apprécie les plaisirs simples et raffinés.

Superbe expérience avec Valérie. Très bonne accueil pour la remise des clefs avec visite de la piscine privée du domaine. Une personne souriante et généreuse qui a su nous mettre à l'aise. La maison est chaleureuse et poétique , on s'y sent bien . Enfin on a adoré ... Je recommande cette petite villa bien décorée avec une superbe terrasse.
