House full of charm comprising two bedrooms (140 bed), a dining room, equipped with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
We also provide a baby high chair, booster seat, and a travel cot.
Individual parking, large fenced wooded park of 5000 m, animals accepted. You have a garden furniture and sunbathing area.
House located at the limit of the departments of Dordogne, and Lot et Garonne, close to shops, tourist activities (for example the Battle of Castillon).
For amateurs, the proximity of the vineyards of Bordeaux, St Emilion, Monbazillac and Duras offer the possibility of great discoveries.
For swimming you have two lakes, located 30 minutes from the lake house of CARSAC located in the town of st martin de gurcon EN DORDOGNE and the lake of ST SERNIN located in the town of ST SERNIN DE DURAS in lot and Garonne.
Every Saturday morning, delicacies will surely find their happiness at the very famous market of Sainte-Foy La Grande.

Cadre reposant et agréable. Une situation géographique qui permet de visiter la région. Beaucoup de moustiques mais les propriétaires ont tout prévu pour s'en protéger. Nous sommes prêtes à y retourner.

une maison vieillotte, sombre, dans son jus des années 60

En arrivant on ne se sent ni attendu, ni accueilli. la maison est sombre, mal éclairée (une ampoule par pièce). l'électricité est hors d'âge et hors norme (une prise par pièce avec moult multiprises, la plomberie fuit (robinet de la cuisine et pomme de douche cassée, colonne de douche branlante). Le WC est branlant, même pas fixé au sol... le mobilier de jardin est rouillé, les coussins moisis, et le tout inutilisable dans un terrain certes grand et bien tondu, mais où les pieds des chaises s'enfoncent quand on s'assoit dessus. la tapisserie de la chambre se décolle, la hotte de la cuisine donne dans ladite chambre ! quant à la chambre faite dans le garage... elle est vraiment dans le garage ! on y accède par le garage et elle sent le garage ! le ménage est sommaire, et il y avait des légumes moisis dans le placard. pas de produit vaisselle, éponge douteuse... Alors oui, le terrain est grand, fraichement tondu, agréable si il fait beau mais on n'a pas pu en profiter pendant les rares éclaircies faute de mobilier. le soir les moustiques attaquent, heureusement Gilles à prévu des prises antimoustiques mais hélas on est obligés de se confiner dedans. Seule touche de modernité, le microondes et la salle de bains colorée. le reste date... Même à ce tarif, on attendait une petit peu plus de confort et de modernité.

Het huis heeft alles voor een prettig verblijf en vooral een prachtige tuin met veel privacy, verschillende bomen en ruimte om overal te zitten. Het is goed fietsen in de buurt, wij hebben genoten van de dagen dat we er waren.

Two weeks in Pineuilh.

This is a small 2 bedroom cottage set in lovely grounds with lots of shade. Very nice quiet area but still very near to a large supermarket. Well fitted out with everything you need. This was ideal for just the two of us but could be a bit small for four people. We must say that this was the cleanest Gite we have ever stayed in, was spotless when we arrived. We had to phone a lady to meet us when we arrived, no problems for us, but she does not speak much English. Met us on time when we arrived and at the requested time when we left. If you require WIFI bear in mind you can only access the signal if you sit in the garden! We had a wonderful two week, weather was hot and sunny all the time, shade was very useful. Lots of places to go and visit, we love Bergerac, but went to St. Emilion for the first time this year, wonderful place.

Cet un très jolie endroit quand on vient pour quelques jours et on a bien planifié ses provisions. N’oublie pas non plus vos draps et serviettes ou vous payez en plus.
