location à améliorer

c'est une location qui aurait beaucoup de potentiel car suffisamment spacieuse pour les vacances, bien située, petit jardinet agréable sans trop de vis à vis, équipement ménager très bien ... Malheureusement, -les meubles de cuisine sont dépassés et vétustes - la salle de bain également (sols vétustes) - la TV n'a même pas les chaines principales - et l'hygiène (ménage) à revoir !! (vous n’êtes pas assez "sévères" pour l'état des lieux, dsl)
