East Side Upper Flat

100 year old home in a beautiful east side neighborhood near coffee shops, MetroMarket, 7 Miles from downtown Milwaukee, 1 Mile to Lake Michigan, 2 Blocks From Oakleaf Trail, 8 Miles to Summerfest Grounds and less than 2 Miles to UMW Studen Union. You will have the entire upstairs of this duplex, approx 950 square feet.
Coffee and coffee maker, electric kettle and tea are provided.
Parking on street for a $2 fee.
Those with mobility issues may not find this a suitable space, but those that don’t mind a walk upstairs may find our location a real find that could make your stay extra-special.

Very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed this rental. We picked it because it is very close to where our son lives. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen was spacious and the living room was nice. The only drawback was the dining room had only a small table and three stools. We only had one meal that we carried in and only for three of us so this was not an issue. We will try to rent this location again when we return.
