Nice place to kick back and relax. Wanted more space than a hotel could offer so we could hang out, cook a homemade meal for our out of state student, play cards, etc. This place fit the bill perfectly. Garage was a nice plus. Vibe was very mid-century. Older home, so expect what would normally come with that. Had a great stay!

This is our "home away" when I'm visiting my college girl. It's conveniently located near the University, lots of things nearby to do, and the garage is a huge bonus. It's a cute little retro apartment that we've stayed in multiple times and will again. If you need handicap accessibility, or bougie luxury, it's not for you. If you like quaint, clean, quiet, roomy accomodations, it's perfect. We love it.

Reasonably priced MKE stay

We were in town for Summerfest and this location was great, we parked at nearby Shorewood Brat House and shuttled in. The upper flat has a MCM theme and we even enjoyed listening to an album on the working Zenith hi-fi. Comfortable bed, great shower, safety features.
