Large Home with 360 Degree City/Mountain Views - 3 Bedroom

This large custom home near Usery Mountain sits on an acre with three bedrooms, two baths, loft and game room. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and resort-style backyard plus lower patios and upper decks front and back. Recreationists will enjoy a short drive to Usery Mountain Park, Salt River Recreation, Saguaro Lake & area golf courses. The amazing city light & mountain views and eloquent desert landscaping perfectly display the unique beauty of the southwest. The home is close to area attractions while secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

You can hike right out the front door or take a short drive to some of the best Sonoran desert hiking in the area. Only three miles off the 202 Red Mountain Freeway for easy access to the airports (Phoenix Sky Harbor 25 minutes and Mesa Gateway 15 minutes plus Falcon Field 7 minutes). Arizona State University and the Cubs Sloan park are 20 minutes!!

There are two bedrooms on the first floor with an adjoining Jack n Jill full bathroom. The incredible master suite is upstairs plus a loft. The game room and wet bar are on the lower level. From formal dining for eight to casual dining out on the patio to the extra large breakfast far in the kitchen. There is a large desk in the rec room for business travelers.

Plenty of parking our front at the end of the bridge or in the driveway. Gas fireplace for the winter months and gas BBQ for outdoor cooking any time of the year. The back yard is fully fenced with the family and/or pets to enjoy.

Enjoy your morning coffee and views of Usery Mountain while watching the sun come up to the east. Put your feet up at the end of the day and enjoy an Arizona sunset on the lower covered patio or upper open air deck/balcony. The space is best suited for seven guests but can accommodate extra children/teens on a queen size air mattress and pack n play for a baby/toddler all available upon request.

The home is located at the doorstep of Usery Mountain Park which provides an abundance of hiking trails, mountain biking paths, horseback riding, an archery range, and target shooting. Salt River tubing provides river activities on the north side of Usery Park. Las Sendas golf course is a short distance away while Red Mountain, Alta Mesa, and View Point golf courses are approximately 15 minutes from the home. East Valley Spring Training stadiums are within 25 miles. Saguaro Lake is within 15 miles and offers a variety of boating and lake activities. Feel free to hike right out the front door!!

This property is gorgeous, immaculate, and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with truly beautiful views all around. The outdoor seating in the back was very relaxing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful with just a text or phone call away, answering in a very timely manner. It was a very lovely stay. I highly recommend this property.

Luxury Getaway in the Thunder Mountain Area of Mesa

While this property does not have a pool, it was perfect for our little family getaway. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Why they chose this property

I used to drive over 16 miles each way to get to Usery Mountain Park for hiking. Then moved to this home to be closer and can also hike right out the front door.

What makes this property unique

The views are what sold me, 360 degrees of upper decks and patios to enjoy sunrise, sunset, city lights and the stars!! We have no street lights in this neighborhood so you can enjoy the Arizona sky nightly.
