Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including all living spaces and outdoor areas. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—no keys necessary. A personalized access code will be sent before your arrival, allowing for a smooth and flexible self-check-in.

The property includes an assigned covered parking space, with additional guest parking available nearby. The home is single-level with no interior stairs, making it easy to access for all guests. Come and go as you please—your privacy and comfort are our top priority.

This home is conveniently located in central Mesa, offering quick and easy access to major roads and freeways like the US-60 and Loop 101. You’ll be just minutes from Mesa Community College, Banner Desert Medical Center, shopping centers, and a wide variety of restaurants and local attractions.

Public transportation is also nearby, with bus stops and light rail access within a short distance. While a car is recommended for the most flexibility, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Assigned covered parking and nearby guest parking make coming and going simple and stress-free.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
