- Large grassy garden around the house with a picturesque landscaping, complete privacy behind electric gates... Open floor living room with a high ceiling, fire place, glass wall, travertin floors. Family room consists of a wet bar, with a granite countertops, wood burning fire place, cable TV, wireless Internet and a large couch, master bedroom doors leading to a large private grassy yard, master bathroom has a travertin floors, shower for two, double sinks with a granite counters and skylight, a lot of closet space. P.S. Smoking is permitted only outside .

The house is unique by it's privacy being located behind a private gate, huge green loans, very open floor plan, lots of floor to celling glass doors that lets plenty of natural light. 2 master suits that located on East and West side of the house, plus a 3 rd bedroom with in suit bathroom and a family room/4th bedroom sleeps 2. Each room has a TV's.
