Lovely Vacation Rental in Naples
Ideally looking for tenants looking to stay longer periods during the season (e.g. 3 months) - ideal if you are looking for February through April.
Enjoy golf views among other full service amenities at this beautifully appointed condominium. The property is located inside a resort featuring full service golf course, restaurant, tennis courts, and multiple pools. The open floor plan concept features two bedrooms (1 King sized bed, 2 Full size beds), 2 full baths, all granite surfaces with stainless steel appliances. The suite features a parlor, dining for four surrounded by golf and water views, and a screened-in outdoor dining area with seating for four. Classic, elegant decor throughout with elegant, high-end furniture.
Side note, there is a transfer of amenities fee ~$375 to get access to the country club, country club pool, and golf course. You would still have access to the ancillary pools if you decide you don't need amenities. There is also an application fee ~$50
