excellent owner, nice condo

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The unit was ready as promised, the check-in was smooth and the unit itself clean, newly remodeled and very well furnished. The view from the lanai was peaceful and we watched river otters swim in the pond and had a beautiful rainbow from the water feature almost every morning. The complex is quiet and neat. The security is excellent. It is quite a distance to Old Naples but close to the Gulf beaches of north Naples. If the location suits you, it would be a good choice for a couple who wishes to spend the winter in beautiful Naples.

Amazing place

From the start when booking this place the owner reached out to me & offered us his contact info incase we needed anything during our stay. That was very welcoming Mr & Mrs left fresh flowers champagne & a wonderful note so nice to walk in and see that. This place is over the top from the accommodations to the decor to the location. We had my elderly mother with mobility issues with us it’s on the first floor with a ramp to get out if needed, pool right across from us perfect. The cleanliness is over the top it’s Immaculate!! Everything brand new. Simply stated it’s a beautiful place with everything you could ever need. From pool towel, cooler , beach chairs , bikes, fully stacked kitchen literally like being at home. Best restaurant on corner Asian steak house hands down best place we ever stayed!!

We purchased this property because it's on the gulf side of 41/Tamiami Trail, which makes it much easier to walk or ride a bike to the beach without having to deal with the crazy traffic on 41.

Why they chose this property

We love the tranquil setting and water view. Many condo's have water views but usually you see other peoples condo's across the water. There are no condo's across this water view, it's a nature preserve and so it's just very private and relaxing. We also love the optional Tarpon Cove Club amenities which provide many amenities you just can't get in other communities. This location in North Naples provides easy access to all the best that the Naples area has to offer. From multiple world class beaches, to hundreds of fine and casual dining spots, to world class golf. If you enjoy shopping, you just hit the jackpot here as you are just minutes away from the Mercato, 5th Avenue, Coconut Point, Venitian Village, Miramar Outlets, and many more boutique shops.

What makes this property unique

Don't feel like hanging out at your community pool, grab a cold drink at the tiki bar and jump on the Tarpon Cove Express that takes you on a short boat ride to Wiggins Pass Beach. Don't have beach chairs or towels, no worries as those are provided as well. When you get back, take a dip in the resort style club pool, play some boccie ball while checking a score of your favorite sports team at the tiki bar, or dine inside at the beautiful Tarpon Cove Club. Want to play some tennis or get a workout in, that's onsite as well. You just can't get these types of amenities in a condo community this close to the beach!
