Charming villa for 4 to 10 people with private pool in a fenced property and no face-to-face of 2300 m2, views of the valley. A 10 minutes walk (800m) from the village of Lorgues. Typical large market on Tuesday. Many vineyards in the region. Swimming pool 11m x 5m, 1.10m depth 2.10m, last generation of filtration, pool house with fridge and plancha, outdoor shower. Tranquility and charm.

The swimming pool is opened from July to September.

No rent for weekend only.

Calme,vue extraordinaire, maison très confortable, grande piscine très bien entretenue ,gentillesse des propriétaires...rien à redire ! Que du bonheur et l’envie d’y retourner très vite ! Une semaine inoubliable dans cette location.

Mooie locatie en goede uitvalsbasis

Het huis is mooi gelegen en biedt een optimale privacy. De woning is wat gedateerd en heeft nood aan renovatie maar de basis is in orde. Goede WiFi ook buiten in de tuin. Het zwembad is een grote troef, het biedt het een prachtig uitzicht is groot, proper en met zout gefilterd. Voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Aan het zwembad is er een deels overdekt terras met een buitenkeuken. De buitenkeuken beschikt enkel over een elektrische grillplaat en een wasbak met koud waterkraan. Op het terras veel losliggende stenen dus ook nood aan renovatie. Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen en twee grote parasols. Het domein zelf is ruim en volledig afgesloten dus veilig voor de kids en hondjes. De tuin kan net als het huis extra onderhoud gebruiken zeker de graspartijen rond het huis. Mits verdere renovatie een absolute toplocatie om te genieten van de mooie regio. Er was volgens de tuinman een lek in de buiten waterleiding.

Thank you for your comments. The points for renovation are noted and they were already in our list for the next year, that we explained you over the phone before your arrival. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, but a bit disappointed that you didn’t follow completely our demand not to allow your dogs (that were not announced when you booked the property) in the swimming pool and the filter was clogged because of their hair. Apart from that the house was left in a good condition and we recommend these tenants for the future to all house owners.

De vakantiewoning is sterk verouderd en heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Er is geen airco en het is moeilijk de woning fris te houden. De elektriciteit is niet conform de regelgeving en zelfs niet veilig. In de kasten op de slaapkamers lag kledij van de eigenaars. In een wasmand op een slaapkamer lag zelfs nog vuile was.

Sometimes in life we come across people with bad faith, dishonest and without any education. The good side of life is that we will never see them again. Good luck PS. The property is more than up to the photos published (the number of tenants we have had so far will confirm this) and for the information all the electricity in the house was brought up to standard at the beginning of the year. We strongly recommend to other owners do not rent their property to these people.

Maison agréable. Magnifique panorama.

Maison très agréable avec une grande piscine et très belle vue. Literie au top. Seul bémol l'alarme de la piscine difficile à neutraliser 🤔 Propriétaire à l'écoute et Pascale qui nous a accueillis et Gaël le pisciniste très sympatiques.
