CHARMING VILLA/NEAR THE SEA/HEATED, SECURE POOL

Charming recent villa on a plot of 1200 m2 with trees, not overlooked. Villa for 6/8 people with heated swimming pool (heat pump) and secured by motorized shelter. It faces south (swimming pool 10x5). Heated swimming pool from April 1 to the end of October.
Wifi in the villa. Bicycles are available for free to reach the center of Lacanau Océan by the cycle paths in 7 minutes (cycle paths at the end of our street) or 25 minutes on foot.
Villa near the Ardilouse golf course in a calm and green environment.
Pool house with large sofa and hammock will allow you to relax.
Swing and pétanque court
Parking for 3 vehicles.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes:
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, private shower and toilet
- mezzanine with 2 single beds

Lacanau Océan

Très chouette maison avec tout le nécessaire sur place (vélo, jeux, etc). Idéalement située au calme et à 10min en vélo de Lacanau Océan. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine :)

Lacanau Ocean

Une très belle maison, à environ 3,0 km du centre de Lacanau Océan, à environ 2,5 km du lac. La maison est propre et très bien équipée. Elle est située sur un grand terrain bien entretenu et calme dans un lotissement de vacances. Il y a une belle piscine chauffée. Il y a même plusieurs vélos inclus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances et c'était la deuxième fois que nous venions dans cette maison. Nous reviendrons volontiers passer nos vacances dans cette maison. Ein sehr schönes Haus, ca. 3,0 km vom Zentrum von Lacanau Ocean, ca. 2,5 km vom See. Das Haus ist sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es liegt auf einem grossen gepflegte Grundstück schön ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Es hat einen tollen geheizten Pool. Es sind sogar mehrere Fahrräder inklusive. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossens und waren chon zum 2. Mal in dem Haus. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme mit Ameisen auf der Terrasse und im Haus. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zu allen Geschäften ist gut mit dem Fahrrad machbar (8 Min). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Un havre de paix !

La maison est extrêmement fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, tout à fait conforme à la description. Les propriétaires charmants et très serviables. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, piscine chauffée 28°c, vélos, barbecue, pétanque, espace vert pour jouer, les chambres donnent sur l'extérieur, vraiment bien situé entre le lac de Lacanau et Lacanau océan, 10 minutes de vélos. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine !

Superbe location

Très bon accueil de Christelle et nombreuses explications sur le fonctionnement de la maison, de la piscine ou le tri des déchets. L'environnement est calme et propice au repos. La piscine chauffée à 28° et couverte est idéale par tous les temps ( nous l'avons utilisée par 10°et sous la pluie). Le salon extérieur et le coin barbecue sont parfaits pour profiter de l'extérieur. La maison est très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les literies sont confortables. Les salles de bain sont très bien équipées aussi. Le terrain de boules est parfait pour passer aussi de bons moments et les vélos mis à disposition permettent de belles balades ( la piste cyclable est à côté de la propriété. En 10 minutes vous êtes au bord de l'océan. En résumé je conseille cette location et j'espère y retourner.

Villa très bien situé à mi chemin de Lacanau Océan et Lacanau ville au calme, sans vis à vis et bien équipé. Le golf, les commerces ne sont pas loin.

Belle villa dans un jardin clos et bien entretenu superbe piscine , tout pour passer un agréable séjour . Seul regret une semaine c'est trop court Nous reviendrons ...mais deux semaines . De plus les propriétaires sont charmants

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très agréables dans la maison. La maison est très belle, l'équipement est bon, l'emplacement entre l'océan et le lac est très bon, la piscine est merveilleusement chaude et nous avons aussi eu de la chance avec le temps.

Super séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Idéalement située si vous recherchez le calme. Tout est accessible à vélo. La maison est très bien équipée et les aménagements sont bien pensés. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Super séjour en famille !

Très jolie propriété, avec tout le confort possible, et au calme. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et la possibilité de s'y baigner, une fois couverte (même sous la pluie) ! Les différents espaces dans le jardin sont aussi très sympa et la maison est très bien équipée. Bref, tout était parfait, on y reviendra avec plaisir. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont accueilli et ont si joliment bien arrangé cette villa ! PS : pour les amateurs de golf, le magnifique golf de l'Ardilouse est à 5 minutes !

A beautiful holiday house

Florence is a wonderful hostess and the house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only slight disappointment was one of the bikes needed servicing (Poor brakes) but it is great to have bikes available and means you can leave your car at home for the week. We will return.

Very comfortable house, great outside area and pool!

We had a great stay! The outside area is wonderful. Large, heated pool that can be closed when the weather is rainy. Deck chairs with soft cushions. We loved spending time at the pool. The inside of the house was also perfect. The kitchen had everything we neefjes. Only ‘downside’ was that a bed of 140 is a bit narrow for a couple. The environment was very quiet. No noise from the street or neighbours. We would have loved to come back next year. Unfortunately the house is already booked (which says enough...). Can recommend it to anyone!

Superbe villa

La villa convient très bien pour 6 adultes. Parfaitement entretenue, beaucoup de choses neuves. Il y a TOUT ce qu’il faut (barbecue, hamac et canapés extérieurs, vélos, bouées pour la piscine, ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, bonne machine à café, etc.). Gros coup de coeur pour l’extérieur et la grande piscine chauffée! Idéalement située. À 10min de la plage à vélo. Propriétaires super sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants! Vacances de folie garanties! Merci!

Erholsame Woche in Lacanau.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit einem besonders schönen Garten. Alles war bestens gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen See und Meer und direkt an einem sehr schönen Golfplatz. An sich ist das Haus wunderbar ruhig gelegen in einer schönen Siedlung. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass in der Nähe gerade Neubauten entstanden und es manchmal etwas laut war. Da wir aber tagsüber meistens unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört. Die Abende konnten wir in der wunderbaren Cabana am Pool sehr genießen. Die Komunikation mit Florence war sehr nett, und sie hat sich immer prompt um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful Villa and great hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lacanau. The Villa was very clean, had everything we could possibly need and the host were fantastic. Would highly recommend.
