Superb location and lovely house

We had a fantastic family holiday to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The house easily accommodated 9 of us and was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area is a good relaxing space and we were even able to spot a few red squirrels as we ate our croissants. The location is fantastic. The beach and lake are easily accessible by bike and it was really nice to be able to cycle everywhere on safe bike tracks. Communication with the owners was excellent and the check in and check out process was very smooth. The only thing that could have made it better was to be able to hire bed linen and towels. We would thoroughly recommend staying in this lovely house and we hope to return.

Wir waren teilweise zu zweit in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und auch eine Zeit lang mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern mit Anhang. Perfekt fĂŒr alle, mit 3 BĂ€dern und unterschiedlichen Etagen. So konnte sich jeder zurĂŒckziehen, wenn er wollte. Durch den großen und gemĂŒtlichen Wohnraum war aber auch genug Platz fĂŒr alle um gemeinsam zu essen oder Spiele zu spielen. Das haben wir rege genutzt, da das Wetter sehr durchwachsen war.Zu zweit sind wir gerne vor dem Haus auf der ĂŒberdachten Terrasse gesessen, mit etwas Nachmittags-oder Abendsonne.Und um der, zumindest fĂŒr mich, recht lauten Straße zu entweichen. Meine Familie konnte sie, bei den wenigen Malen die wir draußen auf der wunderschönen großen Terrasse unter Kiefern saßen, ĂŒberhören. Mir gelang es leider nicht. Ich bin aber auch ein gerĂ€uschempfindlicher Mensch.Zumindest in der ersten Woche ( letzte Augustwoche Hochsaison) war es sehr extrem und hat mich regelrecht gestresst.DafĂŒr kann aber keiner etwas. Wir hatten das Haus mit einem Haus zwei Straßen entfernt von der Hauptstraße verwechselt, die Angaben der Vermieter stimmen also komplett.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Lacanau-Ocean. Suzanne und Severine ( die Dame vor Ort) waren immer gut erreichbar und flexibel, auch was die An- und Abreisezeiten anging. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafĂŒr.Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in kurzer Zeit am Strand, beim BĂ€cker etc., so dass wir unser Auto nur selten bewegt haben.

Magnifique

Notre sĂ©jour s’est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Le chalet est conforme Ă  la description de l’annonce. Le cadre est idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour entre amis et famille. L’accĂšs est direct aux pistes cyclables. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli par severine. Je recommande ce lieu.

Wonderful vacation in Lacanau

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 2 Elternpaaren und 4 jungen Erwachsenen in dem wunderschönen und gerĂ€umigen Haus verbracht, bei 5 Schlafzimmern hĂ€tten 5 Paare genĂŒgend Platz gehabt. Das Haus ist hell, sehr geschmackvoll und freundlich eingerichtet, die KĂŒche ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man zum Kochen etc. benötigt. Manmerkt, dass das Haus auch von den Besitzern benutzt wird und keine seelenlose Ferienimmobilie. Die Besitzer waren bei Fragen immer direkt ansprechbar und haben sehr freundlich und direkt reagiert. Die "Hausdame" Severine hat uns auch sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, uns alles gezeigt, war bei der Übergabe und Abnahme superfreundlich, korrekt und pĂŒnktlich. Das Haus hat herrliche Terrassen, die auch fĂŒr viele Menschen schön möbiliert sind. Zum Strand sind es mit FahrrĂ€dern 5 Minuten, mit dem Auto ebenfalls 5 Minuten. Die StrĂ€nde sind herrliche, weitlĂ€ufige AtlantikstrĂ€nde. Das Haus hat sogar eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was fĂŒr die Strandkleidung ideal ist. Wir waren im April 2022 dort, an kalten Tagen haben wir im Untergeschoß die Heizung gebraucht, dass konnten die Besitzer von ihrem Zuhause aus regeln. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. :-)

Villa tout confort

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette villa trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, on s’y sent comme chez soi. TrĂšs agrĂ©able pour 2 familles (9p). Environnement extĂ©rieur : beau terrain de pĂ©tanque, grand jardin idĂ©al pour les caches-caches. La route ne pose pas de pb pour manger dehors et profiter de l’extĂ©rieur. Le centre ville est Ă  10 min de vĂ©lo via les pistes cyclables. DĂ©part possible pour partir en rando vĂ©lo, running

Perfect Home in the Pines

Having had many holiday homes in the south of France this was the best! There was plenty of room inside and outside for the 9 (4 adults and 5 teenagers) of us. The house is well-equipped, very clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the deck: relaxing, eating and playing outside at a huge table. The owners are very friendly and correspondence worked really well. The house is in a 5 minute driving distance to the beaches of Lacanau-Océan with lots of free parking options. We also enjoyed the public golf course on the opposite side of the road. The kids enjoyed surf courses, bike trips, a splash park and day trips to Arcachon, Dune de Pilat or Bordeaux. After a long day at the beach it was always a pleasure to return and enjoy the comfort of this beautiful house. We can recommend it warmly.

Merveilleuse maison de vacances

Nous avons adorĂ© passer 2 semaines dans cette maison si belle et si confortable. Les espaces sont trĂšs bien rĂ©partis pour que personne ne se gĂȘne malgrĂ© des modes de vies un peu diffĂ©rents (entre adultes, enfants et adolescents). La lumiĂšre est exceptionnelle dans le salon et, c'est rare, mĂȘme quand il fait gris et qu'il pleut, ce n'est jamais dĂ©primant. A l'extĂ©rieur il y a les pins, partout, c'est magnifique et ça sent si bon. La route n'est pas loin mais au bout de quelques heures sur la terrasse on ne l'entend plus. Les petits dĂ©jeuners sur la terrasse sont magiques... En plus, la maison est extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il y a largement tout ce qu'il faut pour dix personnes. Lacanau OcĂ©an est Ă  moins d'un quart d'heure de vĂ©lo, les plages aussi, Ă  part les grosses courses, on a absolument tout fait Ă  vĂ©lo. Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas aimĂ© ici, c'est un paradis!

We stayed at Suzanne's Villa 19/8 - 2/9 The villa was well equipped, quirky layout which the kids loved. Having stayed in Maubuisson last year we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lacanau Ocean this year. would recommend this property to any large family groups.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war einfach schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, weder in der KĂŒche noch an anderer Stelle. Dass die Vermieter es mit viel Liebe fĂŒr sich eingerichtet haben, war ĂŒberall zu spĂŒren. Das große GrundstĂŒck rund um das Haus gab einem das GefĂŒhl, allein im Wald zu wohnen, obwohl die netten Nachbarn nicht weit waren. Auch fĂŒr 10 Personen war reichlich Platz. Das WLAN funktionierte souverĂ€n und die Kinder waren somit auch zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war schnell und sehr freundlich, die Dokumentationen umfassend. Dass auch die Sauberkeit keine WĂŒnsche offen ließ, erwĂ€hne ich gerne. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und wĂŒnschen einen schönen Urlaub. Fam. Wagner September 2017
